Everyone was great from check in to check out they were great very pleasant everyone was very nice! I went in for an oil change and Virginia inspection and I was in and out in less than an hour.

My service rep tim customer service skills is outstanding. He continues to impress me with his knowledge of my vehicle issues. Whenever I have any issues with my vehicle i know that tim will take care of it. When I was getting one of my vehicle service, I asked him about your new cars and their features. He impressed me so with his knowledge I ended up purchasing a new 2023 jeep.
When I car was being serviced he put me in a 2024 jeep wagoneer. This was a beautiful truck. I almost purchased one a few months later because of how impressed I was with the truck.

Very good service manager Tina. Being service manager, at a big and very busy dealership like Southern Dodge, appears to be very hectic and overwhelming. But, one would be completely unaware of this, given Tina’s positive demeanor, amazing attitude, and joy.
In my experience, as a customer, the services paid for satisfied all criteria. Although hospitality, is not specifically, documented as a service fee on the official receipt, it is something that she most certainly provides, consistently; an undervalued, invaluable attribute.

My 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 was taken for repairs inspection and service on Dec. 4th 2023. It is now Jan 4th 2024. I still don't have my Truck. I just received a phone call stating my truck will not be ready this week.
The dealership just ofterred me a truck to drive, however, this is not the point.
This has become a finacial burden financial loss not having my truck for a month. I make the payments, and beleive it would be fair, for the dealership to make my truck payment this month.
I got my truck back about 3 months later.
Here it is again truck under warranty and back in for problems.
Went in on April 30th.
Work was completed today 9th of May. The power outlet for the back seat still has no power.
I did get my truck back in less than a month.
Here we are again truck was taken in a week and a half ago.
It's now September 10th they misplaced my key fob I had to drive up there and drop off my second key then they tell me they found my key fob.
This place is something else I asked for an estimated time when my truck will be ready and I still haven't heard nothing yet.
Southern dealerships are poorly managed.

Went in for recall work on my 21 Wrangler. No complaints really. Vehicle was left clean and with no after the fact issues. Good experience overall.

I wish there was an option to give them negative starts and I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my company vehicle there. They had my vehicle for over two months and didn't fix a thing. I took it in to get a new key fob, the A/C didn't work and the TPMS light was flashing. I attempted to call for several weeks and got no one the phone. When I finally did, they had no clue my vehicle was there. I went there in person after a month, and they said they couldn't find my vehicle on the lot because the key fob didn't work. I had to personally walk them to where my vehicle was (it was moved by another employee). Another month went by, and I went to the dealership to just pick up my car and take it somewhere else because nothing was done with it. The vehicle is a dodge vehicle, and they didn't attempt to do any work on it. I would never recommend anyone to go here. The staff is unprofessional, and they won't fix your vehicle at all. I was highly disappointed and will never return. Hopefully they didn't charge the company for the lack of repairs
