Cashier did not let me put my rewards number in for the 5 cent gas. She said I had to tell her first in the beginning and that she could not cancel it. Technically she is supposed to ask if you are a rewards member, not me telling her.. Very bad customer service.

I can't emphasis enough how great not only the ATMs are (awesome) but also how great the customer service is. As an Aussie stranded without any cash in DC, Black Frog allowed me to sell bitcoin for instant cash. Customer service answered my call at 11pm and explained the process, then followed up with me the next morning, and stayed on the phone all the way through the process because verifications weren't coming to my non US phone. Thanks so much guys! You saved us a very embarrassing checkout.

They are scam artists....the machine is beautiful and easy to use, make you think you're paying a $4 fee....what they don't tell you is they inflate the price of what a Bitcoin is trading at by $1500-$2000, Crypto is the future and using deceptive practices to make money off the consumer is sickening. We get ATM fees, miner fees, now the ATM getting fake proceeds, you're working backwards not forwards. Slap in the face to the crypto community. Oh and btw the machine in Akron, OH. It's in a total dead zone, no cell service (I have Verizon) can't even open my wallet app with out roaming around outside waiting for the confirmation text. Good product, great ease of usability, poor execution.
