I was only in town a couple weeks TDY, but the facility was a strength lifters dream for me. Andre was very welcoming and dropped the membership fee since I was a drop in. The equipment is mostly brand name from Kabuki, Texas Power Bars, and Rogue instead of the corporate garbage I'm used to. Highly recommend! Thanks Andre!

such a dope gym! came up the night before for weigh ins for my boyfriends wrpf meet the next day and the owner let me hit an SBD day even with them having to move equipment around for the meet. great equipment & tons of kilos for use :) had a great session and will definitely be back if i find myself in or near norfolk,... read full comment
