My spouse and I stored our belongings in here while my spouse was deployed and I moved back to our hometown for support. We came back and some belongings were missing. My two guitars, one being at least $1000 worth (Taylor acoustic guitar), a guitar my father bought for my daughter and a Target cube shelf that was used for my kids stuff. The place called me while I was still in my hometown and said someone had picked our lock which was a complete lie.
We got back there and it was locked. Apparently we aren't the only ones whose missing expensive valuables.
The employees were nice, but there is definitely some shady stuff going on. If you are military, stay as far away from this place.

An extremely positive experience from my initial "drive by" to signing my rental agreement. Tierney was extremely helpful in determining what size space I may need, to finding the best price to showing units available. The environment is very neat and clean, floors are clear, garage doors appear to operate smoothly, locks provided. I could not be happier with my initial contact experience with Store Space.

Ms Tanika and Coach Bud were amazing and have the best customer svc skills hands down…They really made sure i got the best for my money and is SUPER CLEAN….. BLUF: This is a state of the art facility with top tier accommodations.
Store Space Facility 1018 is the first choice for my storage needs. I was able to rent my 10x10 storage unit in less than 15 minutes time. This facility is climate cooled with code protected elevators and restrooms on each floor. They also provide moving accessories at the main entry way that’s available for all customers. Each unit is designed for a pinhole lock or pinwheel lock (both can be used in tandem). I’d like to give a special shoutout to Tamika and Tierani. They both provided a wealth of knowledge/ advice for storage and gave me a tour of each unit size to assist with my determination on what I need.
** Of note: this facility is not 24HR accessible. As of 1 JUNE 2024, the building is secured at 10pm, 7 days a week.

The facility is always clean especially the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and always available when I need them. They were very helpful and assisted me greatly when I had an issue with my unit.

I love the staff at Store Space! They will always take the time to answer any questions and explain everything. The store manager, Tameka, is amazing to her customers. I feel like family when I go into the office! Thank you for helping me with my storage needs!
