The store was clean. The staff were pleasant. The dressing room were surprisingly well maintained. Overall, this was a great shopping trip. I found a few things that I loved immediately to add to my wardrobe. Ross for the win!?

It didn't look like the ones in Texas, it was like going into a second hand store, it didn't have a very wide array of clothes, kinda disappointed

The only thing left at Military Circle Mall. I did find a bunch of stuff. Line was long, and it was due to a customer who spoke no english, and was short on the total. I can see a manager standing there eyeing the situation and finally coming over. He spoke Spanish. He more or less said a few words, then walked away. The woman who spoke no english still was confused and the cashier, who only spoke english, was obviously not helping. For whatever reason the guy who spoke Spanish was not helping the situation. Another register opened up. I had a breakable plate which she "kindly" put in 1 plastic bag then into my main bag... sure, that will keep it safe! The masked Spanish manager needs to work on his managing skills a bit better.

If you want to buy clothes, shoes, for all ages, household items, accessories, suitcases, etc., come to Roos where you can find everything, you dress from head to toe, you have fun and it is very affordable and has well-known brands.
