I purchased a few jewelry pieces unfortunately with poor quality! (Gold/diamonds) I was very excited! My excitement soon turned into a huge disappointment once I tried on my pieces. Multiple excuses were made for the imperfections created. Everything’s not perfect all the time, however the beauty of customer service is correcting errors, which produce growth. I rather not do ANY business with an established that can’t be corrected. If you’ve been in your profession for 10 years or 1 it shouldn’t matter. Take proud in your craft it’s your brand ?. That was my first and last time doing business with this establishment. Good luck in the future.

OMG!! This place is sooooo awesome!! They repaired my charm.. I was so worried that It wouldn't look the same after the repair. But after receiving my charm it looked as if it was never broken... Flawless repair??... Forgot to mention that this was my 3dr repair me and my fiance got a necklace repair here and again flawless repair... After searching so hard and so many fails attempt of "jewelry repair" shops trying to fix those necklace.. needless to say Rojex was the only repair shop to add gold to keep it from breaking in the same spot again!! .go there and let they work speak for them. You won't be disappointed..

I really like my bottoms that I order. They look really good and fit the way that I wanted them to. The service was good and Chris has great customer service. I will keep coming to Rojex, and I think anybody that is looking for jewelry should also.

Got my fronts at Rojex. I got them in white golds. Great customer service and it’s worth the money. I would come back. Great quality and diamond cuts.
