I wonder if the people Rite Aid Employ has anything to do with them shutting down so many. I witnessed a women in pharmacy be very disrespectful to a patient needing her medication. Very unprofessional! I worked in a pharmacy for many, many years and never witnessed so much unprofessionalism. I'm going to be transferring my medications as well. Michael is the only qualified one

They will not answer the phone and lose your prescriptions in the system all the time. I had to switch pharmacies because my Rite Aid closed down and they have been terrible ever since.

Front of the store is fine, clean and kind.The pharmacy is utterly in shambles. Never picking up the phone, never having prescriptions on time and altogether a miserable crew. Curt and rude. Get prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely will not answer the pharmacy phone. Once someone did they put me in hold with out a word with their hold music that’s so faint it sounds like an ants fart. Then they picked up the phone and proceeded to not talk and sounded like they just set the phone on the counter. This is why rite aid is going out. It’s for the better since they can’t get it together at all. And I wish it was just this one location but it’s been EVERY LOCATION I HAVE BEEN TO

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and still didn’t get my prescription. I was the 3rd person in line. Made me late to pickup my daughter from school. Day before this I spent 15 minutes on hold, nobody ever helped me. I hung up and called back and spent another 10 minutes on hold. Was told my prescriptions would be ready and they aren’t. Terrible experience. Girl in the drive thru seemed to not know what she was doing, had 3 separate people helping her. And she rolled her eyes when I simply asked if it was gonna take another 20 minutes to get my prescription because I was now late to get my daughter. Instead of answering my question she ignored it and kept asking for my date of birth. I’m finding a new pharmacy.

Terrible service in the drive through for literally a hour. If you’re sick and need your medicine right then,Definitely not the place. Absolutely terrible very disappointing. Not only that after waiting a hour they ask me to go the back of the line.

For the past 2 days I have had a bad experience with the Pharmacist Michael….10/23/23 I had prescription filled when I called to see if they had them because it was urgent I need to start my medication today he told me 2 they didn’t have and I could call another rite aid….he was very rude…I proceeded to call another store they said “they don’t know why he would tell me that because they are name brand medicine and are ordered on a as is basis….so I call him back ask him why he would have me call around if he knew the medicine was brand name and order for a as is basis…he said I can get it order will be ready tomorrow noon…..10/24/23 I called around 10am I was told the delivery come between 12-4…..and my glucose meter was not approved by medicade…..the nice young lady on the phone told me to get my doc to send over a new script…..12:45-1pm I called back I asked the nice lady did my doc send the new script she said yea she had just got it she going to work on it but the delivery still had not arrived with my other 2 meds they have until 4….4pm I call another nice lady said give her a hour the delivery just came….5pm I arrived to pick up my med like I was told and she was short 3 meds she said let me check she said we haven’t filled did the glucose meter yes…..Micheal come over like oh “we just got the new script a couple min ago” LIEN …I said that a lien I was on the phone earlier with the lady when y’all first received them??♀️….so now he know I know he lien he said give me 2 hours I said I don’t have to hours I don’t drive why y’all keep doing this 2nd day you gave me a problem he proceeds to ignore me I said I need your boss number cause I’m tired of this I need me medicine he continue to ignore me and the young lady at the register said she don’t know who to call….i go to front of store get the head lady #she said she would call see if they could get it done and get me out of there…..so I walk back to pharmacy now I’m getting a text saying it’s out but he literally just told me two hours smh this is bull crap…so I’m like now y’all don’t got it smh he said they have to order it and it will be here latest Thursday….i been coming to this pharmacy for years but I’m seriously about to change it cause the rudeness is absurb when it’s a matter or life or death if I don’t get my medicine….micheal need a customer service class he need to be taught how to treat people

I go out of my way to get my yearly vaccinations at this location. The staff is super friendly, professional, quick, knowledgeable, and the young woman who administers the shots does it in a way that leaves me with minimal soreness.

Terrible service I've been contacting Rite aid for the past week and still haven't received my prescription. I was told that the prescription would be ready twice. Go to the store and was told to come back 3 days later. Not to mention that this happened twice. Super inconvenient

Absolutely Love this Pharmacy. The pharmacists are Amazing. I had a little miscommunication with the female pharmacist at first but that's all it was! She showed me how amazing she was last week. She went through it last week finding one of my medications that my Dr sent to wrong pharmacy! And she actually pays attention to my serious meds! I just feel blessed to have 2 pharmacist who go above and beyond. I had to make another review and make it right. Sometimes miscommunication can cause issues- try to work it out! I will Never go to any other pharmacy. I feel beyond Safe & Cared For! Thank you all at this location!!! You guys are the best for a woman who has so many different illnesses! I appreciate you all!!!

Darius in the pharmacy is such a bright, positive, and consistently kind associate. I've had positive, helpful service from the pharmacists as well and all pharmacy staff have treated me with a personal connection rather than an impersonal, random customer experience. I feel seen and spoken to with eye contact and attentive listening.They made it easy to choose this location as my primary pharmacy. Even though sometimes there's a wait for my refills, I stick with them because service matters.

They always help me with my Moms medicine (Mrs Moats). They also provide delivery of her medicine. That’s a Godsend because I live in NJ and she’s in Norfolk Va.
