I was rear ended in August 23 (19 Silverado), they accessed the damages and gave me a quote(7,500). I was told they wait until they have all the parts in before in before they bring your vehicle in for repairs. A month later I got a call to bring my truck in because they were ready to start repairs (sept 2023), so I do so and drop my truck off for repairs. Today is 25 Jan 2024 and repairs are still not complete. I have to call for any type of update because they did not contact me to give any updates. Today I called for an update just to be told they have everything they need but a vehicle is on the lift getting an engine replaced. Why would this vehicle be put on the lift before mine considering they have had my truck almost 5 months? Maybe they had that vehicle 6 months. From start to not quite finish this has been a terrible experience, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.*update* 13feb2024I have been told on 3 seperate occasions my vehicle will be ready on x date. Each time that date has come and gone without so much as a call. I’ve called each time that date has come to get an update. Two weeks ago when i was told it would be ready Friday they called me to update me 30min before closing time to say: “my spare tire holder for the bottom of the truck did not come it” (on multiple occasions i was told they have all parts just waiting for my frame). She then told me it would be ready Monday the next week, Monday comes and goes so I call on Tuesday to be told they received the wrong part it will be ready Friday. Well here we are Tuesday the following week and I was told my truck repairs were complete it’s in with QA department (at 0730 this am) and I’m first on the list it will be ready at lunch. Well it’s 2 hours before closing time and no call and I’ve called 4 times with no answer. The professionalism at this place is well below the bar.

Highly recommend this collision center! Very professional, informative, polite, and welcoming. Not to mention they did a flawless job fixing my front end damage and buffing out some marks on my paint. Very satisfied

This is the second time I had to take a vehicle in for body work, this time my Ford F-150 XLT, and as usual they did not disappoint me. The main person I delt with was Matt Gibbs, very professional, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, the ladies in both offices we’re equally as professional and helpful, the entire crew did a great job, and of course the repair was excellent,Naturally I hope I never need vehicle body repair done, but if I do, I will without a doubt go to Hendrick Collision.

The folks at Rick Hendrick were amazing! The process for having my F-150 fixed could not have been any more painless or smooth. Desiree (sp?) and Ryan kept the lines of communication wide open and explained every step of the repair as they occured. It was as simple as walking in, dropping off my keys, Ryan explaining exactly what they would do, receiving texts as those things took place, then coming in to pick the truck up. All said and done, it was a 3 day process as promised!I can't recommend their services enough! Great process, great people!

My experience was great!! I’ve been fortunate to have worked w Ryan Rice and Deseriux in the past and again this time. Ryan is knowledgeable, professional and explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to work with.The front desk is equally as professional. Special shout out to Ashley. My car was clean when I got it back.The paint job looks very goodBut, the work took over a week.I am not sure that I am satisfied with one of the replacement parts.Some of the body parts were not replaced…but left on the left passenger floorboard.I now have to go take the car back in to get those installed.Overall, I am more satisfied than I have been when I’ve needed body work done previously.Addendum- The dealership reached out to me right away to take care of my concerns. They were prompt and professional in the interaction.I have revised my rating.Thank you.
