My original review was 5× on the moving process but I've tricked myself the apartment wasn't ready but I was bringing my things a week later so that didn't bother me was told if get discount on prorated move-in expenses now here it is 2nd time I've paid my rent in Full and on time I still have a 18×26 hole in my closet literally see the ground that's th re most pressing of the issues I addressed with the office maybe they forgot about me or maybe it's get the white carpet treatment if I looked a little different i don't know but this is ridiculous!! I should'nt have to worry about a snake or anything coming in

where do i start??? let’s start at when it was below 32 degrees and we had absolutely NO HEAT, they marked it as “fixed” when nobody even knocked on my door to help. that’s illegal and we very much have proof of it. they’re begging us to pay last months rent like they didn’t commit an actual CRIME. i cannot wait to actually sue this entire company. if you’re military DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT invest your money into this place, they will force you to move out while you’re underway (also illegal). ROACHES EVERYWHERE, even in the lights to in the hallway. not to mention the countless amounts of lawsuits already happening against this place, STAY AWAY FIND BETTER!!! and don’t comment under this saying “call the office” cause yall DO NOT CARE, see yall in court xoxo

If you appreciate maintenance tickets and request being taken seriously and acted on promptly, you do not want to move in here. My husband and I have had the WORST experience here. We moved in and the oven and stove did not work, it took them 3 weeks for someone to come work on the maintenance ticket. We had to spend so much money on ordering in and getting take out and were not reimbursed for a mistake that was their fault. We submit maintenance request that go weeks without answer. Today we came home after work to shower and make dinner and we have absolutely not water. The community does not take maintenance tickets seriously and have a terrible after hours call center.

Don’t live here it’s not worth the price. Here’s my experience thus far since moving into this complex on 2/19/24. Moving into the apartment there is un clean dumpster areas, dog poop from people who do not pick up after their pets. The neighbor above me busted out his bedroom window. Glass has been on the ground for two weeks now. Now those things don’t have to much to do with management.Moving forward. I put in a maintenance request for a leaking sink over a month ago. No one ever came. I keep a clean home and have found two roaches. Fast forward, I have not had AC for three days I put in a maintenance request the second my ac stopped working and have heard nothing. Reached out to Talia at the front office, she has no idea when they’re coming out to fix it. My only saving grace is that the windows open because my ceiling fan is janky and is just about as loud as the jets that fly above you 24/7. You tell me? Would you pay $1500 a moth to live here? I’m getting out of this place as soon as I can.

0 STARS* I would not recommend this place to anyone. All staff are highly uneducated, improperly trained, and unprofessional. The property itself is not clean, there’s blood on the wall in the hall that’s been there for months, they will mark a maintenance request as completed after never setting foot in an apartment. If a maintenance man is told to not enter the home without the tenant being present they still will. I have footage from my security camera of maintenance men walking into my unit with no open work order or a phone call with their dirty shoes on, staining my white rug, taking off their filthy stink jackets and laying them on my furniture. ONE time maintenance did call and asked if they could enter the unit to see something and I said no I’m back in town in 2 days, they said okay and still entered my unit thanks for my security cameras I would’ve never knew. The ceiling leaks and nothing gets done about it. When maintenance does do a job, it’s poorly done. They leave their station a mess, scrape floors and much more. My lease states I pay for a unit with laundry included however for almost 10 months it was broken therefore the lease agreement wasn’t being upheld and my rent should have been altered to a unit without laundry until it was fixed and I should have received back pay from all the months I paid for it. A lawsuit is definitely being filed against this place for sure! I have received several case numbers from “corporate” and even they don’t do anything, if they do, they lie about it. This place is a health code violation and filled with fraud. I’ll warn you that maintenance men will walk into your home and things WILL go missing, but it’s all good because after this lawsuit I’ll get everything back and then some :) take my advice and STAY AWAY from here.
