Iisha did my hair amazing. She used the most natural approach so I could keep my natural curl pattern after my blow out and her prices are very affordable.

Attempting to contact the salon owner because the salons website is not published. I would like to set up a meeting for sometime next week so that we can discuss a solution to my experience at your business before contacting the Better Business Bureau, and the Board of Cosmetology for the state of Virginia. Based on this salon's description claiming all hair types, called to make an appointment. Spoke with the receptionist, described my hair type, was put on hold to find a stylist. She returns with a private phone number and asked me to text Iisha (sp?). I text as soon as we got off the phone. About 1 week later, I get a half-response. I did not follow up with making an appointment as you can imagine the professionalism I should expect to experience if I actually did. This is my feedback only. It's a shame because when I find a good hairstylist, I go anywhere from 2 to 4 times per month, minimum. If you're not gaining clientele, here is a possible explanation. Why have potential clients text after speaking to the receptionist?

You guys. When I tell you this was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had, please know I mean it. First of all, the salon's ambience is incredible. Great music, relaxing, and the interior decorating is on point. The staff is excellent. So friendly and such great customer service. Iisha did my hair and laid it like a dream. I've been natural for 9 years and RARELY straighten my hair. And I have a lot of it. But she did an amazing job. Left the salon with silky, straight, sleek hair with lots of body. She was also so knowledgeable and really great to talk to! Please consider getting your hair done here. These guys are the epitome of class.

Hands down one of the BEST Salons in Hampton Roads! Iisha always fits me in whenever I come to town. Friendly and knowledgeable Beauticians, quiet, relaxing, sophisticated atmosphere, I always have a positive experience whenever I go! Iisha is my stylist, she serves a diverse clientele & she is AMAZING! Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
