Even though we hit a small speed bump in the beginning, Henry and Janora got me into a great deal working hard into the night to make sure that I was able to buy my new vehicle! I really appreciated their hard work and dedication to ensuring that we arrived at an amicable solution and that I was able to drive away with my long-awaited 2024 Ford Maverick! Thank you to the entire team that helped me finalize my purchase I hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

Overall, I've had great experience with this for dealership from purchase to routine servicing. When purchasing my car, I thought the staff was very helpful and provided plenty of information regarding the potential purchase. Additionally, I did not feel any pressure at any point during the process. With one exception, servicing the vehicle has been pretty fast (about a couple of hours). Unfortunately, during one visit, an appointment that was supposed to take 2 hours ended up taking close to 4.5 hours. While I understand there can be some delays with maintenance, I think it would have been great if the someone sent a text regarding the delay because I made plans based on the time they said the work would be completed.

My car has been in for service there twice these past few weeks and every time they've been really good about getting me in and out quick. The staff are friendly, and my parts came in quickly after having to be rescheduled for them. They were also reasonably priced for me, which is great especially this time of year, I'll be making this my go-to service place for my car.

Called up to the customer service department the other day to ask if they could send me a generic scheduled maintenance paper so I would know what needs to be done at which intervals. The Rep on the phone said that since I had not ever had my 2017 for Escape serviced there, she couldn't send me one! I told her I've had the oil changed there before, so it's been serviced at least once, I usually go to the priority Honda dealer in Chesapeake near me for oil changes. When she refused my request, I told her, "Now I know why I go to their Honda dealer and not to them!" I told her I couldn't afford their prices and go to my local ASE garage near me, who is cheaper. All she did was chase away a perspective client. Shame that the dealership would treat their clients this way. Won't be using them unless absolutely necessary when it comes to warranty work...

Giving them an extra star since the primary salesman was otherwise a pleasure to work with and they were nice enough to send me a one way Lyft.Where to start? So, they conveniently lost my file with the 1k deposit on my maverick. After they magically found it they tried marking it up 10k from the price I reserved it at. A year later when I go to pick it up they tack on $500 minus the $20 credit for the 4G LTE for $480 total (unitemized and just hidden baked into their new price). I called them out on it and they still did not want to rectify matters. They wouldn't even provide me an explicit line item credit of $20 for the 4G LTE removal (LOL!!!). The new pricing took effect months AFTER I placed my order in Sept of 22. The problem I have is that this is not the original agreed upon price. Priority Ford will be claiming the rebate and not passing it onto me. Ultimately it's up to the dealer to do so. This review should not be a surprise since I did tell my salesman I would raise a fuss after giving him the chance to make right of the situation. I also refused to sign the $0 market adjustment document since their new base price is in fact a market adjustment after the original agreed upon price in Sept of 22. I waited a full trip around the sun for a vehicle only to pay more? Doesn't make sense. For the reasons listed above I do not recommend Priority Ford.

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never got any updates on my car that had a recall. Nobody seems to want to help you. And good luck trying to get in contact with anybody in the service department.

One of the reasons I bought my Ford F-150 at Priority Ford because I thought Priority meant excellent service. I owned two Hondas over 15 years purchased from Priority Honda and there service and customer service was excellent, every time, for 15 years. Last month I brought my F150 to Priority for the first state inspection. I called ahead and was told to bring it in early to make sure I could get it done same day. Came in around 9am and they said they were booking for tomorrow at that point. Service tech told me that they don't regulate the amount of state inspectors and that everyone waits more than a day. So I take my F150 to Priority Honda that same day, sit in their movie theater, and it takes them maybe an hour to have it done. May 26th I book an appointment to take care of a recall for a potential brake light flicker which was scheduled for July 14th, 10:00 am. Drop it off at 1000 am and the service advisor tells me it may not be completed until tomorrow. 5:00 pm comes around, I use their service text messaging to request an update. No response that day they close at 7:00 pm. Noon the following day still no update so I send another message asking for an update. I get a reply, "no update as of yet". 1255 pm and 2:28 pm I text to ask for an estimated time of completion. No response. I call around 4:30 pm I'm told that I have a different service advisor but I'm transferred and it goes to voicemail. Left a message and never got a call back. I finally get a text that they will try to have it completed tomorrow. So, now my truck is there Thursday and Friday. I call Saturday to tell them I'm on my way to pick it up completed or not. I meet with the service advisor, who says she was not my service advisor, and takes no responsibility. The shop foreman is there and tells me my service advisor handed him my ticket yesterday on Friday. The advisor that is present asks the foreman if they'd be able to complete it today and he replied he didn't know and they asked if I wanted to leave it. I opted to take it home because I work on Sunday. The service advisor present says that she will escalate this to the service manager on Monday. Let's see if I get a response. I doubt it but I will update my post. I also plan to take this up to Ford Motor Company. I hope Beach Ford can help me out with my recall. Priorities for life does not equal good service for life. There is no way I'd purchase from this dealership again.

First, good luck trying to get a hold of a person to speak to if you're calling for a status. Dropped off a vehicle for a state inspection on a Friday and was told it would be Sat. before it was done...Fine. Here we are Wednesday and after leaving multiple messages for a status, still no status.

My previous review requires a downgrading. I'm also searching for a new Ford dealership service department.Priority has a continuous backup for service appointments of at least a month. I called a few months ago because every time it rained I had 2-3 inches of water accumulation on the front passenger side floorboard. They couldn't get me in for about six weeks, resulting in my having to cover the front of the car with a tarp before rain. I also asked that they check all the fluids & do a State Inspection, which by the time of the appointment would be about a week past due. When I dropped off the car I reiterated my requests to the Service Advisor. She indicated she would call with any recommendations.I received a call with the reason for the water & the fluid recommendations. There was more but I don't remember the details. I approved the estimate. When I picked up the vehicle the service advisor answered some questions I had about the water & told me that they had reset the counters. About 2-3 weeks later my dashboard warning indicated the car needed an oil change. Irritated would best describe my emotion. When I called & told a Service Advisor that my oil change counter wasn't reset after all, I was told that they didn't do an oil change. To make things worse he said it would be a month before they had another appointment. Thanks, but no thanks! Realizing my irritation the advisor indicated he would have a manager call. Of course that didn't happen. I did get a text that they wanted to buy my car. Right......

Our first experience was completely HORRIBLE!! We had our truck for almost 6 months, only made 3 payments and put just 3K miles on it. So it didn't make since that we have/had to get a New Engine put in and Whatever stupid warranty that we got when purchasing the vehicle SUCKS cuz it didn't cover anything for the short time we had it. They had our truck for 2 whole Months, plus not very good at communicating, always call to get some info and we had to talk to there machine and pray that they would call back Finally we get our vehicle back and find Marijuana on the floor in the back, Where My Kids Sit!!!!They did take the truck and fully cleaned the inside and outside which I appreciated cuz I definitely didn't want to find any other surprises.I really don't want to have to come back to this company but I Have to cuz my vehicle is a Ford.... 1 Star for cleaning the truck cuz it was quick!
