Even though we hit a small speed bump in the beginning, Henry and Janora got me into a great deal working hard into the night to make sure that I was able to buy my new vehicle! I really appreciated their hard work and dedication to ensuring that we arrived at an amicable solution and that I was able to drive away with my long-awaited 2024 Ford Maverick! Overall, I've had great experience with this for dealership from purchase to routine servicing. When purchasing my car, I thought the staff was very helpful and provided plenty of information regarding the potential purchase. Additionally, I did not feel any pressure at any point during the process. With one exception, servicing the vehicle has been pretty fast (about a couple of hours). Unfortunately, during one visit, an appointment that was supposed to take 2 hours ended up taking close to 4.5 hours. While I understand there can be some delays with maintenance, I think it would have been great if the someone sent a text regarding the delay because I made plans based on the time they said the work would be completed.

My car has been in for service there twice these past few weeks and every time they've been really good about getting me in and out quick. The staff are friendly, and my parts came in quickly after having to be rescheduled for them. They were also reasonably priced for me, which is great especially this time of year, I'll be making this my go-to service place for my car.

Called up to the customer service department the other day to ask if they could send me a generic scheduled maintenance paper so I would know what needs to be done at which intervals. The Rep on the phone said that since I had not ever had my 2017 for Escape serviced there, she couldn't send me one! I told her I've had the oil changed there before, so it's been serviced at least once, I usually go to the priority Honda dealer in Chesapeake near me for oil changes. When she refused my request, I told her, "Now I know why I go to their Honda dealer and not to them!" I told her I couldn't afford their prices and go to my local ASE garage near me, who is cheaper. All she did was chase away a perspective client. Shame that the dealership would treat their clients this way. Won't be using them unless absolutely necessary when it comes to warranty work...

We stopped in last weekend just to see and learn about the Bronco Raptor and Lucas Watts could not have made our experience any more pleasant. It felt more like talking to a friend than a sales consultant. I don’t think we had a question he couldn’t answer. When we’re ready for our next car, I know exactly who I’m coming to see.

What a great experience at Priority Ford! Clyde had everything prepared when we arrived and we were able to complete our deal in a couple of hours! It was a pleasure to purchase our truck at a dealership where everyone was friendly and courteous!!

The experience was very good, but as usual it took 4 hrs. The salesman I had the pleasure dealing with (Tut) did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, professional and he was able to get the price I willing to pay. He even installed the temporary tags on in the rain. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly.

Everyone I worked with and spoke to was extremely pleasant to be around. They were also very knowledgeable and professional. Something unfortunate happened during my process, and they were honest and did the right thing on their own. I was very impressed by everyone involved. I'll be returning to Priority Ford for my next vehicle.

Lucas Watts, Naomi Wright, and Andrew made my experience with priority a memorable one. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out I have no doubt that I have 3 new members to my family. I love the way they treat their customers. Priority Fords quick lane service center is the absolute worst! I will never go back to this establishment ever again. I went in for a routine service appointment this week which I made weeks ago. Once I arrived to drop my car off, I was absolutely shocked at the rude and unprofessional behavior of the service representative Martha pierce. She couldn’t answer any of my questions and was not at all helpful. She was extremely condescending, rude, and downright passive aggressive.I then requested a shuttle to take me back home, after I was refused a loner car. I was promised a loner car when I scheduled my service appointment due to the distance I have to travel and due to my cancer infusions.Instead of Martha arranging the shuttle as she stated she would, she brought back Lauren Cholewa The quick lane service manager who immediately approached me. Lauren was extremely rude and very aggressive. She refused to assist me with a shuttle and flung my keys back to me. She then suggested I go to another non priority service center for my maintenance. At that time I got a pen and a piece of paper to write down both Martha and Lauren’s names so that I could put in a formal complaint to the Service director. Once I asked to speak to the Service director Lauren began to follow me around the lobby and threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave immediately.At that time I left the service center in hopes that the situation would not escalate any further. Once I got in my car I called the main priority Ford service center and was able to leave a message with the service director Fred Phillips. Later that same day I received a call from the service Director Mr. Fred Phillips. I informed Mr. Phillips of the incident that occurred. I also brought it to his attention that google was full of reviews with complaints about the quick lane service employees being very rude and unprofessional. I also informed him that Lauren the quick lane service manager has also been mentioned by name in the priority ford service center google reviews for her rude and unprofessional behavior towards customers.My vehicle was not serviced. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. This should never happen to any customers simply trying to get their car serviced. Especially priorities for life customers whom purchased their cars from the very same priority Ford lot. I purchased my car brand new from this exact lot and was planning on selling my escape and purchasing an explorer, but after the disgusting and downright degrading experience I just experienced at the Quick lane service center, that will not be happening. No one should be made to feel the way I was made to feel. I was harassed and threatened with the police despite the fact that no crimes were committed. Only for simply speaking up for myself. I truly felt this was racially motivated and I am disgusted with Lauren Cholewa’s appalling behavior.

I will definitely buy my next car from Priority Ford. The staff was kind and helpful throughout my entire purchase process. From Ian in finance to Naomi to Janora who helped me learn how to operate my new 2024 Mustang Convertible ….they were professional and so friendly. It was the best experience in buying a car in the last 30 years !! If you’re looking to buy a car Priority Ford is the place to go !!
