My daughter bought a 2014 Ford Escape from Priority Auto Sales in October of 2023 for $10,000. In November 2023 just a few days after the 30 day return policy, the car would not move when she would press the gas, the transmission had been leaking fluid. She called Priority Auto Sales since it was only a few days past the 30 day return but they refused to address the problem. The transmission would not have gone bad in one month. She paid $700 for the repair. The same thing happened in January 2024, just two months later and her only option was to sell it for a 6,000 loss. They knowingly sold my daughter a car that needed a new transmission or repairs and she needed this car for school. The mechanic that fixed it said there is no way they didn't know there was an issue, that the issue was covered up enough to sell it. Do not buy a car from here, I just saw numerous complaints about the same issue.

Worst decision I’ve ever made! Do not buy a car from Tom or no one! Tom sells bad cars. Haven’t had my car 7 months and I’ve been broke down 5 times! I am still out of a car as we speak. They know after 30 days your car is going to fall apart. They prey on people with credit issues. This place will only make your situation worse! On God.

Been alright to me so far, but do not buy from here… I give two stars because the customer service in their finance department..they got some lady who sound like she eat neckbones and chitterlings at her desk all day with an attitude for no reason, she is extremely rude and will talk to you like she’s better then you..there is a couple people in the department that is okay but I’m working on paying off this car well above schedule so I can be done with them.

Sept 2020 I got into a vehicle. June 2021, the transmission went out. I did have a 30 day warranty and a 6 month extended warranty, which expired in March 2021.When my transmission ran out I got it checked at Aamco and they confirmed the issue. Rob, the GM, did offer to re-issue the 6 month warranty, but it only covered up to $2000 in repairs. Unfortunately the repair was over $4,000. He gave an option of a used transmission which would have been $2800, but again, money out of my pocked that I do not have nor should have to pay in the first place. I am in a bit of a pickle having an open loan on my credit and a broken down vehicle.I am worried to get the vehicle fixed and some other issue will come up that I will once again have to get fixed. I will also be triple times over in the hole investing a ton of money into a lemon. ?I am sorry, but to be honest, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. It really sucks, but I guess it's the roll of the dice of what car you get into with this lot. It was supposed to had been a 3 year commitment to get me into a better situation. Now I am even more in the hole struggling with no vehicle.

RUN AWAY!!! Me, my cousin, and my neighbor all bought cars from here within the past 6 months and NONE of our cars run!!! All expensive fixes! Abs Module failure, loss of power, electrical issues, brake booster failure causing a new 19 yr old drivers brakes to lock up, transmission failure. Manager is NEVER available! Will turn your car off and ask questions later! Will have a car payment but not a running car! RUN! RUN! RUN! They said before I left the lot, warranty will not include checking “lights, such as check engine etc” and there’s no cooling off period, basically cancelling out the lemon law in place . So leave the lot Saturday afternoon , all happy and then all the lights lit up on the dashboard. I couldn’t call them they were already closed. But again, they wouldn’t check the lights, fast forward now they are saying it’s not their fault they won’t help replace repair anything, took a week to reach the manager, and he wasn’t any help. He said bring it in, we will diagnose it. I said the car won’t accelerate past 10mph and the speedometer sticks, so I can’t drive it. He said oh well whenever you can bring it in, I’ll diagnose it with the reader but you will have to fix anything that’s wrong with it. And I still owe $10,000 on this car. The point of buying it was to drive it, so now I still owe $10k plus can’t drive it anywhere !!!????? What the hell !!! Who does this to hard working people , parents anyone !!! I’ve never experienced anything like this, and I hope they get shut down!! I’m about to write the CEO , call anyone and everyone and even the local news! The bank they also use was kind enough to let me know they were tracking my gpa and knew my car was in a safe location at home to shut my vehicle off because I switched insurance companies. So instead of calling to ask me first they just resorted to turning my car off then calling later in the day.

Do not buy anything from here. I bought a vehicle through priority but here pay here. It is the worst decision I’ve ever made. The vehicle has frame damage. I’ve spoken to the GM Robert Kelley and instead of them doing the right thing and speaking with the body shop to get photos they only got photos from a insurance adjuster that do not show the prior damage and they’re stating they will not pay for it. It took forever (3 weeks) to even get a call and cooperation and to receive this result shows they don’t have the consumers best interest at heart. Please take my warning. Not the place to go!

The bank customer service is so rude! Speaking with them on the phone is not professional at all! Do not buy a car from here ever. When I brought my first car from then the customer service was wonderful but since they got these new people working in there it is trash and rudeness. They didn’t even fix my radio right when I brought the car in February if this year. My radio still fading out but they want their payments on time. Smh never again!!!

Went the day before I spoke to Jeff he told me what to bring in, the next day I left in my new Ford Focus! The process was extremely simple, about a few weeks in the transmission started slipping and shuttering, Jeff told me there was a period of time that the car would be covered (warranty) So when I returned the car for repairs they told me that the car was as-is, so when I asked to speak to the salesman (Jeff) they told me he passed away, I just let them keep the car because I couldn’t afford the repairs and I was lied to about the “warranty” months later they filed papers to garnish my wages for the car and claimed I owed them $9,000 plus attorneys fee’s! This place is a disgusting rip off and I do not recommend them to anyone!!

My son purchased a car from this place about 5 months ago. A little over a month ago the transmission went out. He had the car towed to Priority Acura, who in turn had it towed to Gary's Transmission in Norfolk. He was informed that all the repairs were covered by warranty. When he went to pick up the car, he was asked to pay $2400. How is this possible if it's supposedly covered under warranty. He reached out to Rob Kelly, the alledged general manager on several occasions without success. He sent text messages, left voice-mail, etc. Mr. Rob Kelly went & picked up the car and now he's been to contact him in regards to getting the vehicle. I do not recommend purchasing a car from this shade tree delearship. You'll be better off paying astronomical prices for Uber, Lyfts or taxis than purchasing a piece of junk cat from an incompetent car salesman with long hair named Robert Kelly.

Bought a car and within a week its in the shop. Now we get the run around about being bought out and they can't help with the car warranty. 3 weeks worth of calls to the "general manager" every day and he's "in a meeting".

Absolutely amazing!! I just want to start off by saying thank you Aaron I am so very grateful for his help and his words of encouragement. He worked with me through my issues with my last car that I did not get from them and he made a way for me to purchase my new car. Thank you for not being like my last car Place and just tryna sell me on any random car, he made sure I was comfortable with my decision told me all the features, just explained everything so well. Like I said immensely grateful for his help I love my new car and me and my family will definitely be back to get my brothers first car and we will be going directly to Aaron!

My husband and I bought a 2009 Chevy Equinox from there in December of 2021and it has had nothing but problems from the beginning and cost us almost as much as the car is worth in repairs. I don't recommend buying from here!
