The annual fee to have a checking acct with a checkcard is ridiculous and you have to have a monthly transaction to avoid being charged a domicle fee. The days and hours of operation are not normal banking hours (closed Tue-Wed)and are definitely not convenient for the customers unless you work in the hospital they are located in. There isnt a mobile app to handle finacial affairs outside of the strange banking hours when you need to. However I must say the customer service when you do interact with someone is GREAT. Unfortunately Prime Care is way behind in everything else.

Love this Bank and its Employees. They are Always there for me. Very convenient to have them at my place of employment.

I applied for and got a used car loan with an unbelievable rate of 2.84%. I love that the payments will come out automatically from my paycheck every two weeks, which shortens the loan period. The loan process was very easy and the people I worked with were friendly and helpful.

The credit union had charges weekly/monthly that they did not disclose and incorrectly charged on an account that was open just to keep/manage an existing CD. They sent a letter in the mail (with incorrect amounts and address) after months of charges allowing it to go into the negative. There was no activity, from myself, whatsoever on the account, as it is just a savings. They fail to notify when they are charging you or taking your money. This has gone through the VP as well as to the review board and is completely unlike any credit union I have ever dealt with. If you use this credit union, you run the risk of new charges popping up with no notification.
