Looked to them for a business loan, they wanted me to put together and grab all kinds of details and information and submit it. I had questions in the submitting process which they never responded to my e-mails. I went ahead and submitted everything and reached back out, but again never heard back from anyone. I have e-mailed both Cain and Wanda in their loans division several times and never heard back. I have have called them several times and left voice mails which have never been returned. I would not recommend doing business with this bank

Might be the worst location which is sad because this is the biggest location. Was just told it will be 30 min before I can Get a replacement debit card because only one teller is in the entire building. And it would be better for me to go to another location. Unprofessional, they don’t handle cash. New hire is rude also

Like other reviews I've seen for this Bank. They are in the business of taking customers money. My daughter recently passed away in another state. Her account was opened in the state I live in. I presented documentation of my being the administrator of her affairs as well as a death certificate to a branch in my area. These are documents that all other companies and institutions except. They will not close her account and release the small balance expecting me to travel to the state where she died, to get a piece of paper. Since they are in the business of keeping people's money from other reviews I've seen, I'm sure me telling them to keep hers accomplished their goals. By the way they are not accredited. Is there a ZERO rating?

Do NOT use this bank . I have had nothing but issues since I have had it . Charges on my account swill suddenly fall off at random and come back on a few days To a week later . So that hole tome You think you have more money than you do. I have to constantly watch my account . Then they attached this temporary covid amount on there for almost 200 dollars . I called two months ago to ask about it . Lady told me it was fine iit would post . ao I took her word and spent it . For a letter saying it was going to fall off with in a few days . Called back bc if that happened now my account would be over drawn . I called the bank at least 10 times going back and forth with them . Well it fell off and i went negative . The person who was supposed to help me . A higher up position it was passed on to . Called her 4 time left voice mails . Never got a call back . And it is constantly making me change my password . Saying what I put in was wrong . when I go to change it . It says it can't be my current password . And it suspends my account when it says I put the wrong password in . Also it is always unavailable when I go to check it on my phone . it says -this service is unavailable, try again later- I would not recommend this back to anyone ! Horrible .

PNC is not a good bank to do business with. Customer service is very poor and fees are what they want not your business.

My wife and I recently obtained a car loan through PNC Bank, so I came in today looking to set up payments with them. I was directed to a specialist named Wendy who was extremely helpful! She knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to assist me very quickly. I am a s***** for fast service. Not only was the service fast, it was great! She was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do and what my options were. She was also very friendly and asked me questions pertaining to my new car as if she was genuinely interested. I am happy to have my car loan through PNC and look forward to working with them!

Love banking with PNC, great customer service and have never had a problem. I feel for these other people who had issues. I'm glad I never have.

I agree with the other reviewer: this bank could easily kill your small business. Don't be sucked in by their promises about being dedicated to your small business. The branch management is incompetent, and I use that word literally. They do not understand what an escrow (or trust) account is. This nearly caused fatal problems to my business. It was a disaster that I had to fix, without any help from them. Also, their payroll service is through Intuit and is complete garbage. Direct deposit is simply beyond their capability. I have never had a single payroll go through smoothly. Thanks goodness my assistant is so understanding, or she would have worked for another employer! I will be returning to Suntrust, even though PNC is in the building where my office is located. Run like hell from these imbeciles! Save your business!

I recently opened up a business account at this bank with a small business representative named Becky. I explained to her the nature of my business and that because I get my payments through paypal the majority of my transactions will be through ACH and Money orders bought by my PayPal debit card. This seemed to be a non issue and opened the account. Two weeks later, WITH NO NOTICE, my account was shut down 2 days before a huge $3000+ transaction was supposed to deposited into my account from Amazon. Now the money is sitting in a cloud that I cannot touch and my business is failing because of it!!! I called to figure out what was going on and was basically told, I'm out of luck and they can't tell me why they shut it down will absolutely no reprieve or remorse. Didn't try to help me find out either and Becky who was the nicest person opening the account turned a 180 and became the most unhelpful attitude filled accountant I've ever had to deal with. AVOID PNC LIKE THE PLAGUE AND ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH IN NORFOLK! My business is ruined because of this establishment!
