Great staff clean friendly location. I was properly greeted and they definitely had home gym vibes. 9/10 for commercial parking for the driver gym heads.

I like this gym. The staff are cool and some people there are friendly. They have everything you need there. I've been going since 2018 and have lost over 200lbs in my fitness journey. Unfortunately I'm switching to another location. Two of my major complaints are, people hogging machines or multiple(2 or more) people on one machine especially during peak hours.There should definitely be time limits or something enforced so other people can use equipment and not have to wait so long or try to rush to something before someone else hops on.

Wow ! What a clean facility. I had to meet and tell Mr. Trenton that he was doing a great job cleaning while I was on the treadmill. He really takes pride . I also witnessed a “ Karen” lol she was really upset that the App said hardly any people in the gym ? I counted 12 ! Really Karen ! So sad in this big clean gym there was nobody in your row on elliptical machine! By the way the row was 30 machines and very clean . I had a great experience at Planet Fitness today at 6am Dec 20, 2023

Went to the military hwy office. I received Poor customer service. Arrives at 7pm Saturday night. The black girl was on the phone talking to her girlfriend. I told her I was ready to sign up. She told me to hold on. Told her girlfriend she loved her and then told me why do people come to sign up at night. I said excuse me. She said she don't get any incentives for signing people up so you can leave if you want to. I have now terminated my daughternon commitment contract. Its a possibility that I may go online to get the black card but definitely not going in the office. She need better training. (We the individuals that sign up is the reason she has a job)

My husband is the main membership holder of the PF black card I was given the guest pass. I had an appointment Monday with the trainer since the tidewater gym doesn’t have a trainer at the moment. I asked to use the bathroom and as it was obvious I needed to use the facility. I was told I needed to go to cvs as it was a liability for me to use the restroom. Then I was told we needed to change from the black card membership (24.99 a month) to 2 classic memberships (10$ per person) and I would be able to utilize the trainer. Why is it that PF has no family plan? They would also rather see someone in pain and soil themselves before being able to use the restroom.
