This location is rude and you can tell that they are prejudice. I do not appreciate how I'm treated at this location. I don't get my credits when my friend buys new vape products for me when I'm unable to go there. I will not be going back to this location.

Derek was awesome, gave me some great advice and sold me some new things and put a few ideas in my head about things I might want to get in the future. Great customer service at this store and a just as amazing selection of products. Definitely my go to smoke shop!

I used to love coming here but lately service sucks they are super inattentive and literally ignore paying customers…. And I’ve worked in the service industry and behind the counters, and I’ve never encountered staff so rude in my entire life.Literally do not go here

I like this place because you can get a discount on vapes if you buy three vapes you get the third one half off even if they not the same price.And if you have an account with them you get points for buying out the store and after a certain amount of points you get $5 off so if you buy three vapes you will get the discount and if your points add up to 100 it takes that off also so instead of paying $50or $60 for three vapes you can walk out just paying around $40

This place always has friendly faces, try to be nice and patient usually they get quite a few people to watch at once. They’re pretty knowledgeable and can have good recommendations based on previous purchases (that is if you disclose them, they’re not magicians lol). Glass is always high quality and it is a bit expensive because people hand made them, so don’t complain about the price to them, you can literally go somewhere else if you’re just going to complain.

Everyone's always very helpful, I have anxiety going to 711 to get cigs, so being able to pop in to just get something without any creepy stuff happening is so refreshing, ty!
