I had the most beautiful experience with banter! First walking in, I was greeted by Mya, who was such a lovely pleasant young lady. Her aura and kind spirit relieved a lot of anxieties and worries since it was my first experience with getting my child’s ears pierced. Not only did they answered all my concerns, they went above and beyond! It was an amazing experience. And they were generous enough to add a free 4 week check-up! They make sure to thoroughly go over everything!

Great experience!
I was greeted by Mya immediately! She was very kind and helpful, explained to me all the available deals, and helped me make the right pick! This was the kind of interaction you hope for in a customer service setting.
Mel did my piercing and completed my sale. She was also so so kind and friendly and made sure my piercing was exactly as I wanted it.

Ms. Lisa & Mya were great. My son was nervous about getting his ears pierced (even though it was his idea) and they put his nerves at ease. They were very informative about the initial process and the aftercare process. Thanks to them, I will be visiting again
