They have the worst customer service ever it’s terrible non professional at all . I took my car in one day and I had an appointment only to sit there all day and no work get done to my car. I got the car in October had problems within 2 weeks ..I recently took my car in they’ve had it for almost 3 weeks with no time table or nothing just “we’ll call you when it’s ready “ I’ll never deal with them again and I don’t recommend them.

A vehicle I just got from them I had to bring back after 2 days because of over heating. They supposely replaced a catalyst converter, radiator cap, and thermostat just to find out 2 weeks later it needed a motor. I’m on my third week waiting on my car and they don’t even know if it will be fixed this week nor do I know if this will fix the problem. They are overbook and slow service and I don’t feel the mechanics know what they are doingService: Engine repair

My husband took the car to get inspected and they said only 3 things were wrong We got those things fixed, unfortunately not in the 15 day time frame bc we are in a PANDEMIC! Nevertheless, he took the car back and they rejected it again for something completely different!!!This is completely unacceptable and just taking people hard earned money Now we are out 40 dollars for lack of compassion and ignorance.

I bought a 2008 hond odyssey from there sales people. Not a problem there. The vehicle came with a bumper to bumper warranty for the first 60 days or 6k miles. My problem is the service center. We have had issues with this vehicle since we bought it. Check engine light, leaks, and a cv axle that is going bad. (I'm an automotive tech of almost ten years) We brought the problems to their attention and they claimed the gas cap was loose and they didnt hear a noise. Only to find out they replaced the gas cap and didnt put a honda cap on it. The noise was still present. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the tranmission beings to slip and not shift past 3rd gear. We had the vehicle towed there just shy of a week ago. They have done a poor job of reaching out and keeping us informed of any updates. The replaced the purge valve and trans cooler lines and claim the tranmission is ok. We shall see. Still claim they didnt hear a noise in the right front. Today my fiance went up there and test drove and showed what she was under the impression was the mechanic working on the vehicle. He said he heard the noise and would get it in right after lunch. Fast forward 2 and a half hours later and we called them. They then told us well the guy you rode with isnt a technician (of course not they dont have techs they have mechanics because they lack the skill to be called technicians.) And that they havent gotten the van in yet and cant guarantee that they will get it in today AFTER HAVING IT FOR OVER A WEEK! I am so fed up with these people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED THERE. The only reason I returned to them is because of the warranty when we bought it.

That's a shame I'm here looking at the reviews and I must have spoken to the same lady that yall did which SPEAKS VOLUMES about the staff but more importantly THE MANAGEMENT at this establishment. How is it that they are ALLOWED to CONTINUE to be rude to customers and still be employed...one of the reviews I saw commented on her three months ago how is it that they are still employed. This MUST be a family owned company

That's a shame I'm here looking at the reviews and I must have spoken to the same lady that yall did which SPEAKS VOLUMES about the staff but more importantly THE MANAGEMENT at this establishment. How is it that they are ALLOWED to CONTINUE to be rude to customers and still be employed...one of the reviews I saw commented on her three months ago how is it that they are still employed. This MUST be a family owned company?. I called up there today just to inquire about possibly renting one of their vehicles and I asked ONE question about the insurance and she pretty much tried to carry me like I was slow or something. Y'all got to do better. I mean how many more negative reviews do y'all need in regards to this individual and apparently your front desk staff to be PROACTIVE. TRUST, I tried to get her name but she just told me have a good day and hung up in my ear??♂️
