Recently canceled my membership at PF in search for a gym that was more serious. It's the perfect balance! Nobody doom-scrolling in between sets! Mike with membership management was absolutely pivotal in my decision making process. He provided an incredibly thorough walk through, was happy to take time to answer any and all of my questions. Overall making it a very relaxed and easy process! I was pleasantly surprised to see him even follow up a week into my membership to make sure I was satisfied with everything! Thanks to Mike and the rest of the team I'll be keeping this membership for awhile!

I became a member at OneLife Fitness just March of this year and my experience over all has been nothing short of AMAZING! FIRST THINGS FIRST an amazing shout out to Anthony Clement for being so patient and flexible after I’ve rescheduled to come a couple times due to personal matters. Even through out that time he followed up with me and entertained any and all questions I had. The day I finally made it into the gym I was given a tour of all three floors and it was very thorough. I signed up that day and haven’t regretted it! But that’s not the end of this review. I was also given a body intake that consisted of my body composition analysis, BMI, PBF, Segmental Lean Analysis and Body comp. It def gave me a baseline on what I needed to work on and helped me set my goals for the rest of the year. I was also given two free classes for the fit360 program and Coach Tevin helped me push my limits and fixed my form where I needed it. DEF LOOK INTO THE FIT360 PROGRAM or give it a try! The gym is clean, equipment well maintained and they have a sauna that I have yet had the opportunity to take advantage of but I am looking forward to it. I go at 5am Monday through Friday and Thomas at the front desk is always ready, smiling and greeting the members. I’m about to reach my one month mark since becoming a member and Anthony follows up and entertains all my questions still! I would 100% recommended onelife fitness to family, friends and anyone looking for a local gym.

This Onelife is a complete joke starting with Management showing favoritism amongst workers and members I can speak on both sides because I've worked here and love turned into hate quickly for the job constantly having to lie and tell members things were getting fixed only to put a out of order sign up and my next shift being told it's working only to have a complaint from a member being told it's still not working Kids Club is a sham better of having a family member keep an eye on them cleanliness of the gym is poor Membership managers only care about the $$$ and their commission if you're planning to work here be aware you will be micromanaged the ENTIRE time which is quite annoying . Manager Mariah tends to act clueless when members come in angry about charges and fees but she's the one behind most of the decisions in the gym but likes to act as if she's problem solving when she is the problem ..

The place is ok but has no gym or pool. Often have to deal with loud talking and phone conversations. People lack basic gym etiquette. I think the manager has an Onlyfans

The equipment is good; however, it is oftentimes way too cramped to be able to use any of it. The space is not big enough to hold the amount of people who frequent it at peak hours; 5-7 pm. Also, the cancellation process is awful; it should simply not be that difficult to cancel!! The contracts are set up in a dirty way in which you are on the hook for far more than you signed up for. Also, in communication with employees, they all have a certain aura of rudeness. Before I wrote this review, I read a few others and saw one of OneLife's replies along the lines of "thank you so much for your one-star review". They come off as passive-aggressive and slightly rude is what I am trying to portray. I had very similar passive-aggressive responses when I tried to cancel my membership. Also, the parking is an absolute ZOO! I am a woman who used to visit the gym when it was dark outside and once a very scary man came up to me out of the shadows and started screaming crude things at me while following me before I entered the facility. The gym doesn't seem to do much about the fact that they are in an oftentimes unsafe area. In all, it's a money-grabbing gym, but what gym isn't? Just be weary before you join and seriously consider other gyms in the area before signing a trap-seaking contract.

1/13: Again, I preface this by saying Monticello is usually one of the better OneLife’s. But whose grand idea it was to shut down the parking lot to repave during the likely most busiest weeks of the year in January?! There were 11 other months better suited, not to mention street parking is still limited due to the obtrusive dumpster you still have out there.10/28: Most days this is one of the better OneLife’s. But today, at 0930, it took multiple customers telling the front desk that paper towels were out in the weight room. Not 1, not 2, but at least 5. Then it was an excuse as to “housekeeping” not making their rounds. Excuse me, you work here too. Not to mention with 5 out it means someone wasn’t doing something the night prior. Sounds more like laziness.

I really enjoy Onelife Fitness. They have a nice variety of different classes to try out. Most of the gym staff and class instructors that I've come across has been delightful! The only thing I hate, is that they took away the theater room with cardio equipment and turned it into a training room. I was in love with the theater rm. I got so much cardio done in there because while being entertained, I felt like noone could see me or judge me ? as I struggled to reach my distance. Keep up the good job with supplying such a wonderful workout space and if possible GIVE ME BACK MY THEATER RM FOR CARDIO. ?

While this is not my home gym, I come to this gym multiple times a week because the staff are friendly and helpful. The Mixxed Fit and Dance Fusion classes are always a guaranteed calorie burn of at least 600-700 calories per class for me. Also, the gym is aesthetically beautiful.

Johnson is strange. He likes crunch bars and Lumas from Mario Galaxy. Ryland, on the other hand, needs to be regional manager ASAP! He always manages to make people smile. Please promote him NOW

Onelife Norfolk is in a gorgeous 3-story historic building. It’s huge and it has everything - tons of weights and machines, a great variety of classes every day, a quiet women’s-only workout area, a sauna, personal trainers, childcare, tanning, clean locker rooms, and even a small shop. The front-desk staff is friendly and helpful. Yanni gave me a tour, answered all my questions clearly, and made signing up a breeze. The app is really convenient for checking in and signing up for classes, and the classes are the best part. Unlimited classes are included, and the yoga instructors and spin instructors are especially incredible.
