I had the opportunity to speak with 2 different associates on 2 separate calls. Both were professional: very polite, extremely patient with me and knowledgeable in how to resolve issues I encountered as I tried to complete the registration and payment process. I was a bundle of nerves before I called, however ea ch othe ladies who assisted me calmed me with their pleasant personalities and obvious professionalism. Thank you very much!???

I lost all my possessions because the units were invested with roaches. Across from my unit there was a junk who recycled trash. I believe he rented 3 units full of trash. There is only one part time employee locally, and the people at the out of state office have been rude vindictive towards me even threatening to charge my emergency contact for money they say I owe them. So I'm now locked out of my unit even though I stayed current with my payments until we started having issues.

I like it so far space is a nice size for the price met a nice employee named Craig that helped me get into my unit plus gave me useful information which I appreciate. It was easy to book every thing online and then just go to my unit.

Mario was very helpful on the phone even after business hours. The unit is huge for an affordable price, no outlets in them though Incase you’re planning for a workplace type storage unit.

I now have 2 units here, overall I'm very satisfied. My only complaint is that I reserved a 5×10 unit on May 30 within an hour of paying I viewed it and realized it wasn't big enough so I reserved a larger one but was not refunded or credited the money from the 1st unit☹️

DO NOT RENT the commercial offices at this property. management ignored my requests to fix the leaky roof and wouldn't come out to check the mold that was growing on wall. I had indoors cameras and saw that they also entered the building without my permission on several occasions.
