terrible prices, barely match and often are higher than out in town. rewards program is spend 250 get 5. the gas station does better. do better.

Bad service ordering a washing machine through the NEX's partnership with Home Depot. I was assured by multiple associates in the NEX that HD could deliver on-base. Bought the washer and scheduled delivery, only to receive a voicemail on delivery day from the HD warehouse saying they won't deliver on-base on Mondays. I called customer service, who called the warehouse to determine they only deliver on-base on Tuesdays because of how long it takes to get through the vehicle search they plan a specific route for those days. The next three Tuesdays don't work for my schedule so I offered to meet them somewhere, or pick it up at the warehouse. They wouldn't agree to that either, so I had to cancel my order and go elsewhere because I need a washer now. The NEX needs to tell customers they can only get on-base deliveries on Tuesdays. That could have avoided a huge inconvenience for me. I recommend East Coast Appliance, they have items in stock and you can pick them up yourself same day. Prices are about the same but you have to pay tax, so it costs a little more but you can actually get your stuff time-now instead of go to the NEX or HD where appliances aren't kept in stock.

I like the exchange, fair pricing, but everytime I go to the electronics sections there is always this older african american gentleman that works there and he’s always watching my every move like im going to steal something, I was looking at the gaming laptops and he told me to not touch them or mess with them to just read whats on the screen??? and he kept coming back to check on me, passing back and forth behind me. Very uncomfortable experience in the Nex Electronics section.

As usual with the NEX, leaving disappointed and frustrated. Why are tailorings for dress uniforms booked a MONTH out knowing well that the uniform change is upon us and there are inspections and festivals that people need their uniforms for?
The fact that Chief Mac’s out in town is getting a higher volume of people in, with less resources, and beating the NEX by 3 WEEKS is insanity.
Leave it to the NEX to prove, once again, that they couldn’t care less about their relationship with the Navy and care solely about turning a buck.
Unacceptable.

Out of the all Nex Exchanges I’ve been to. This one is like a mall! Has a first & second floor, food court, & more. Will most likely have everything you are looking for.

NEX is getting pricey! I can go to other stores out in town and buy the exact same thing for nearly 30% less.
Granted NEX is tax free, but they make that up by raising the prices ?
Food court is so- so..
Cashiers are friendly, never had a negative experience with the staff

Live in Charlottesville area so I rarely shop at the exchange..we were here to get new id cards great experience..we decided to shop alittle every item I wanted was far overpriced even with no sale tax items I looked at were way more expensive than Walmart or similar stores I regularly shop.however the selection on high-end brands was good..

Slowest service I have ever seen. Going to panda Express behind 2 ppl is like the DMV. The food court needs to be calling numbers for when it's ur turn to order at each restaurant.
