Absolutely love this place. The selection of clothes is always great - there's always a new selection of things coming in on a pretty frequent basis. The people working here are also just the nicest and super helpful! Would recommend any one who wants to find some nice retro clothes!

Nomads is a unique store with a large unique merchandise, clothing, jewelry and all other variety of items. By writing a review or reading one it doesn't give the whole spectrum that the this store trying to project. The best way is to visit this unique store that is located in the 21 st and Colonial. You can't miss the art that is displayed on the wall created from local artist. From the first day that open doors the owner elevated the whole idea of buying and selling .Must visit and feel for your self the amazing people that work there and the service that you will have while shopping in this location.Enjoy it.

All of the local artists that have their work in the store I did not recognize any of their names. Why? Because their stuff is so over priced. Sidebar: price your work so that it moves. This trendy shop is nicely decorated with interesting things to look at, however the lady behind the counter was unfriendly, yawned loudly without covering her gaping mouth & generally presented disinterested.The items although neatly arranged are wildly over priced. For example, a pair of women's cotton pull on summer pants found at Walmart for about $10 were marked for $25. You'd be better off visiting a traditional thrift shop in my opinion.

This is a very small and curated second hand/handmade shop. I really love the vibe and it was fun to look through the racks even though a lot of it was not my personal style. I was actually quite impressed with the shoe selection they had and overheard they will post new inventory on their IG for people to claim. I started following their IG immediately and I'm eager to see what they post next. I had a good experience overall and the employee working today was so sweet and friendly (but not too friendly where you feel like they are pushing you to buy something haha). 4/5 stars just because it wasn't personally *my* style of clothes so I was a little disappointed but still very happy to return and recommend it to others!

I always wondered who or what took over the building that Commonwealth vacated when they moved to Lynnhaven Mall (Commonwealth is now at the Pembroke Town Center). The answer presented itself as I took a walk around Ghent and stumbled upon Nomads. Nomads is a thrift & consignment store but way cooler. While looking around, I discovered some Balenciaga gear, some decent Nikes and Vans and a few rare concert/band t-shirts (they have a RATT t-shirt hanging behind the front register for a hefty price - well, at least I thought it was expensive for a t-shirt). Nomads appears to be one of those spots you hit up to find dope gear. I think if I were cool, I'd be here all the time. But I have too much clothes already - none of it is as cool as this place. I didn't ask to confirm, but I'm assuming Nomads buys clothes. So if you have gear that you no longer rock and maybe want to get some cold, hard cash in exchange, I'd recommend this spot. If nothing else, the owner is a sweetheart. She was kind and helpful during our visit - I felt welcome from the start. Thank you, Nomads, for a pleasant shopping experience! JV

I’ve shopped here a few times & love what this store has to offer, however I don’t see myself returning. The last time I was here, I bought a pair of jeans only to realize the next day that they had a zipper issue. This was not obvious when I purchased them, & I’m sure it wasn’t intentional to sell them that way. The only real problem is that the store would not make an exception for me to return the item for anything more than %40 in-store credit. I love shopping used clothing & I understand that second hand items are not always perfect. I do expect them to be wearable though, especially for the higher prices.
