Hello, to whom this may concern; you guys sold me the wrong hair and I had to use it because my appointment had started. I asked the distracted lady for HUMAN HAIR. Not HUMAN HAIR MASTERMIX??♀️. If you’re going to serve black women in the hair industry, please do it correctly. All in all, I like my hairstyle and thanks to hairstylist she was able to do something with the wrong hair.

READ ALL!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!! YOU DONT SEE OTHER RUDE COMMENTS FOR NO REASON !!!! I went here looking for something for prom related for my sister. (Shouldn’t matter ) but I was wearing raggedy sweats, a graphic T , with a thin scarf. Rushing store to store . The lady legit stopped everything she was doing to come stand in my face and watch over me. So I go to the other Jewelry section and she come over there and do the EXACT same thing. Atp I’m very uncomfortable. So another customer comes in . Older lady and like me she didn’t get a greeting just “PUT YOUR BAGS AT THE REGISTER” so the lady asking who gon watch my bags. I make a joke and say “oh they’ll be watch , because she’s watching me” and the lady and I laughed. Well I guess the Cashier didn’t like that. So she tells me “look at you, I have to watch you” I’m like “HUH”??? So now I’m upset . I said “I’m not trying to steal anything. You’ve been hawking me since I got in here . I’m just looking for something for my sister” she goes to say “as long you pay you have nothing to worry about” HUUUUUH! okay so now we are exchanging words. Saying her customers are trifling , she don’t need this job. She gon quit. If you HATE your job WHY ARE YOU THERE. She then says she is 60 hrs old where is the respect. I said “you have to give respect to get it . Regardless of age. You were rude from the beginning . And now that I’m snapping back it’s an issue about respect? “ So I leave the store go somewhere else , but my sister wanted to see what they had. So I went back showed her and my sister said everything was ugly . So then the Other lady working there comes touch me on my should (lesson one keep your hands to your self) so I said hey don’t touch me. And she says she not going to ring you up. I’m like idc about what you’re saying right now . I’m just taking picture to send to my sister. So she like okay well you not getting rung up. Then proceeds to pull her phone out to either record or take photos of me . MIND YOU , I DO NOT REGULARLY SHOP JERE . Because their selection is TRASH. And they have a sign in the Door that says “HUMEN HAIR SAIL” . These were older black women Maybe if a Caribbean or African decent idk. But please go to Manhattan or Apple Tree 2 they are both about 5/10 min away. Get your monies worth. Bc it’s not at Nina Hair

The lady who is there on Saturday is the sweetest ever!! Each time I come in, she always greets and acknowledges you, talks with you, helps you out the best she can and is always so kind and helpful. She’s my favorite! Idk about the other reviews about rude employees, but that was not my experience.

Shop here at your own risk! Horrible customer service. Cashier/Clerk whomever the woman who was working the register was so rude and nasty for no good reason. Ma’am I understand if you’re having a bad day but you have to treat your customers better. We as customers keep your lights on. There is NO way I would return to this store EVER! Oh I pray she is not the own would just make it even worse. Such a shame customer service is not Nina’s specialty.

I was just there and the black cashierWas very rude! If you don't know how to give military discounts on a register, then don't be a cashier! If you gotta complain in front of customers while they are spending money there, about how tired you are of everyone asking for discounts then you are pathetic! And then to ask me if I really need my discounts! Wow really! Prices are rising everywhere! We all are trying to take advantage of discounts! I hate people whom choose to work in customer service only to act ghetto and rude!

Too bad there is not a rating starting with a negative number. This store’s customer service is horrible. The heavy middle aged woman in there acted totally ignorant. It’s unbelievable how people of color, are there largest customer base, and they show no courtesy or professionalism in dealing with us.They will never have the pleasure of receiving any of my hard earned money. They need to Invest in some people skills and customer service classes.
