Outstanding service and genuinely *nice* guys. I purchased a used vehicle in Norfolk that they had previously serviced. I had a minor (unrelated) issue on the way out of town. I took the van there on the prior owner's recommendation. They fit me in on short notice, got me the needed part, and got me on the road. I was grateful and impressed.

I'm new to the area so when I started having some mechanical issues with my car I didn't have a mechanic. Nice Guy was recommended so I took my car there and after my experience I would also highly recommend them. Great customer service, they were honest and fair about prices and the repair needed. So I guess let me preface this by saying I've been a customer here for just about 5 years before just recently I've always had great experiences. I used to also see the owner there often which has probably led to this decline.
This week my fuel pump busted on my Ranger. After telling them that they proceeded to do a bunch of different work after convincing me that I was wrong. That cost me about $580 plus the tow. I trust them so I say go ahead I pick it up the next day drive off the lot don't even get a mile down the road when my entire power steering shuts off the car dies on the side of the road so I proceeded to push it in the rain call them they act surprised I tow it back.
It happens to be Friday so I dropped the keys off and they tell me they'll get to it on Monday I understand. Frustrated but I understand. Monday they call tell me that I was right in the first place and that it's my fuel pump. Then they proceeded to charge me another almost $400 after an additional tow I might add. But I understood that it was going to cost about a thousand to fix it anyway when I sent it there the first time. I proceeded to pick it up for my entire battery to be dead no juice in the whole vehicle. They proceed to walk out test my battery and say that my alternator is burning extra juice. So with no recommendation they give me a jump and send me on my way $1,000 less than a vehicle that still won't start. I've tried contacting them to see the next step or what I have to do to proceed to get a working vehicle no response. I have literally no repairs, $1,000 less than I had, and a new found distress for this place of business. My last experience with them about a year ago while getting my radiator replaced that experience was just as dishonest just as expensive and got just the same amount in return I thought that was a fluke but this is this business now it is not what it was 3 years ago. It's your run of the mill nickel and dime mechanic with no accountability and it saddens me to my core to have to Traverse the dangerous world of mechanics once again to find somebody left in this world that can be considered trustworthy

Absolutely Fantastic! I had an Evap Leak and they helped replace all the necessary parts in a short amount of time. Super knowledgeable, professional and kind. If you have a Check engine light I recommend going to Nice Guy Auto. ??

I brought my car here to get the headlight bulb replaced in the middle of the weekday and they came outside immediately to take a look so that I could make it to my inspection appointment. I brought my own bulbs and the mechanic very helpfully walked me through the install so I’d be able to do it in the future. It took no time at all and he was friendly and certainly lived up to the name of nice guy. I would absolutely recommend for repairs and will be coming here in the future.

Hands down the best shop I have used! Brough my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for a clutch replacement and they were able to get me in and out faster that any dealership could’ve or even would’ve wanted to! Brad is an amazing mechanic and was super quick and knew his job well! Even gave me information on how to make my clutch last longer. Their work was efficient and done well. They also charged extremely reasonable prices. Will definitely be bringing all of my cars here from now on.

We were having an awful time finding anyone to actually inspect our van and be able to commit to a same day inspection! Or even answer the phone…. These guys were great. Granted, all we needed was a state inspection. But when people take care of the small stuff with professionalism and respect, I’ve generally found they do the same for the large stuff. We will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

Brought my car here for simple repairs before my deployment, was overcharged for a sitting fee and was not allowed to pick up car. Fast forward I get off my deployment and they illegally sold my car. Have to get lawyer and attorney this has been ongoing for 2 years. Wont help with any information on my car and was very uncooperative when trying too figure out what to do about this situation. The car title is still in my name but was illegally sold from this dealer.
