It is open at 430. Well If anyone shows up in the morning to let people in. (3/5 times out of the week they are)Not very big for alot of room with the amount of equiptment they have. Weight rooms are cluttered.Locker room is okay.Sauna is okay.I don't understand why the open sign is turned on if they aren't open.

Small gym; make sure to coordinate around peak hours. Minus one star because the WiFi doesn't reach all areas.

It's got everything you need. Multiple cardio rooms with treadmills, ellipticals, and row machines. There are also side rooms for free weights, squat rack, and smith machine. They have isolations machines as well for upper and lower split sets. Sauna is still up and running and a full-sized basketball court that they run some exercise groups occasionally out of. Individual showers are there to finish it off.

Many areas still closed (COVID). Staff is friendly. Plenty of room.

Not enough equipment, especially when they wrap 1/3 of it because of COVID. All the water fountains are shut off, so don't forget to fill before you go.

It gets the job done. The free weights and machines are spread out over a half dozen small rooms. They have daily classes. Lockers are cheap to rent, $5/month for the half sized lockers. Double for the bigger ones(2019).

Very disjointed setup. A couple cardio rooms and a basketball court is pretty standard but all the strength training machines, free weights etc are all split up into some repurposed racquetball courts. Not unworkable but definitely a hassle. Also the building has like 8 parking spots. Not a typo. So you'll have to try to drive around base to try to find a spot at another building.
