Today I was helped, if that’s what they call it by Savannah who was incredibly rude when I was attempting to make a withdraw with my money as she asked for multiple forms of Identification. When I offered to give my Social Security card, she said “For all we know you could have stole the card.” If this is how Navy Federal treats it’s loyal members, I might have to reconsider my banking institution. How can anyone train someone in front of a member with that type of Customer Service? #Terrible Customer Service.

i couldn't be happier that when my wallet was stolen instead of wait a day or two to get a new one in the mail i was able to walk in and walk out with my debt card within 20 minutes.

MAYA was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & fast! I arrived needing checks cashed, and a few new bank cards. Checks were cashed, cards ordered or printed and info was updated in 10 minutes tops.

Employees are always so genuinely kind, helpful, and enthusiastic. That kind of attitude can make a huge difference in someone's day, and makes going to the bank feel like less of a chore. Thank you Navy Federal staff, your positivity does not go unnoticed.

This bank is the worst bank! I'm always told you have to bank with a credit union. Well not this one. Going back to Bank of America. Navy Federal is the only bank that will do unexpected maintenance on your account which allow you no to access to your own money. How I have money in my account and can't get gas due to my financial institution maintenance, having me walking 3 miles at night to make it to work. Can't use no car share due to my bank. Fuck this bank!

This is a most confused and unprofessional banking institution. Online banking is a nightmare. Locks me out of my account repeatedly. No online chat is available to help resolve issues fast. Instead, we are forced to hold for an average of 45 min - 1.5 hours with Customer Service. Not getting the help needed, mind you, just moving one step forward. Next day plan to spend another afternoon holding on the phone. Customer Service is not informed of online changes or links to loan applications, etc. so they are basically useless anyway. Best thing you can expect is that they place you on hold AGAIN for 30 minutes or longer to get you to the right 'department' . By the time it is your turn, they are CLOSED. I tried to suggest that MAYBE someone could call ME back? What a crazy idea, right? I am in search of a better bank to do business with.
