I honestly wouldn’t go here again if they offered free nails. My friend and I had an appointment for gel acrylics at 6:30pm we’re done at 7:00pm so clearly super rushed. They were friendly, at first. My friend and I were both upset and didn’t like the way our nails look so we told them and they got upset. I asked if she can at least redo them, the women attempted to fix the nails she did three times before it was 10pm and I said I don’t want her touching my nails anymore nothing is getting fixed and she refused to take them off. The women literally kept yelling at me because she could not understand ( language barrier) that the shape, size, and over all look of the nail was the problem, she thought it was the color of the paint. I just wanted to go home at this point. She took off my friends nails and redid them. Our nails still look terrible and both of our fingers are cut. I should’ve known to walk away when she started painting a live ducks nails with the same paint she uses on customers. This place is very unprofessional and very unsanitary.

Nail Service was decent, however the nail techs were very rough with my nails, and lack good customer service or at-least the type of customer service that I like to experience. My nails came out pretty decent. The owner did my nails and brows, but half job did both. She did not ask me what shape I would like my nails filed in nor did she tweeze around my eyebrows. I know that the economy is enduro g a serious inflation right now, but the prices that’s everything is going for in the shop right now it’s definitely not worth the service offered. In my opinion I would not recommend. I will not be coming back here. The only plus side about this shop is that fact that it’s open pretty late amongst other nail shops in the area.

Lovely ladies at this salon, very clean space. I went for a coffin nail with a clear blush pink and it turned out so elegant and beautiful. Great service, and friendly environment!

Had me sitting for an hour to get my daughters nails done told me they were charging me 40 and then charged me 60 at the end of service I use to be a regular but I will never visit here again.

I go to Nail 21st only for pedicures (gel & regular), since I don't ever have my fingernails done. Love this place! I am so bad about making appointments, and they always fit me in. They've always done a really fantastic job and their customer service is great. I never feel like they're rushing to get me in and out as quickly as possible, which has been my experience with other salons. It's always a nice, relaxing vibe.

I asked for cut down. The signs says $5. Why was I charge $10. I swipe my card anyways because I’m not about to cry about it but that was a little off. Everyone seem nice except when they’re trying to get you to spend more money it’s honestly annoying.
