Tarnisha, has an attitude problem and none of tge employees don't answer the phone for questions. They turn the ringer off on the weekends. They cut the lights off maybe one light on at 545 p.m. Dustin is a lazy trainer and very immature. I highly recommend . Close means at 600 p..m not before. It's like this every weekend. This people only care about paycheck. Management need to hold them accountable

A great amount of squat racks, dumbbells, a turf field, and machines, even resistance machines that measure explosive power. Basketball court is filled with cardio machines, so unfortunately you can’t play basketball. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The lack of mirrors is disappointing and the air conditioning could be tended to. Overall a great gym, plus it saves me money on gym memberships.

Lots of equipment!Recommended using the bathroom at home. The stalls here only fit about .6 of a person.

Check the hours - it closes too early most days - I was surprised that it didn't stay open later.

It has the basics, not much more. There are plenty of power racks, so Squat, bench, and deadlift to your heart's content. Only a few very basic machines, though, and only one dumbell rack for the entire gym is very annoying. I go to a gym out in town when it's not a power rack day. There's plenty of cardio equipment, so that's good. Good gym overall.

Overall a potentially good gym BUT is neglected so it's gets a low score.Building has NO AC in it so the issue is the humidity in the building and now the mildew and likely mold growing inside the place.Treadmills don't elevate properly, dumbbell racks (3 of them) are missing 70% of the dumbbells, the workout platform stations are missing plates and barely have any on them. Also the sauna.... why is it timer based you waste more energy for us having to go turn it on from a cold room to hot because of a 60 mins timer vs keeping it on and just having staff turn it off at the end of the day.

A/C has been broken for months with no fix coming anytime soon (thanks NAVFAC). According to the thermometer on the wall, it gets up to 92 degrees inside the gym. The lockers rooms are a hot and humid mess. Equipment is ok, but the 45lb plates are hard to find as each platform only has 4 of them and they are hoarded for the leg press and hip thrust machines. This gym needs another renovation soon. It’s wearing out so fast due to the lack of climate control.

No air-conditioning. They shouldn't keep that pace open during heat. I fell off from a stair master as the machine was broke, and there was no sign. I almost broke my legs, got swollen, and was in bed for a few days.couldnt walk properly. They seemed to don't much care when I wanted to report an incident.

Extremely hot in the summertime. Also, you aren't allowed to play basketball ? or even shoot hoops if i could give it negative stars i would.

Definitely hot inside, they've closed the basketball courts and now they have workout machine's in there. The gym needs work inside the locker rooms, where it's also very hot inside. It needs an upgrade for sure.

Are mirrors in the defense budget or do we just save that only for the cardio rooms and not weights

I get anxious going to new gyms & i was worried there wouldn’t be a space off the main weight room floor to be on my own & luckily this had a few places I could go to do that. & IT HAS A SAUNA 10/10

Nice and spacious. Do I wish it was closer to where I live? Yes. Is it on the Norfolk base just beyond the gate? Yes.

Why these gyms put equipment on a basketball court? Would be better if you actually let us use the courts
