“Great store, great staff! Remodeled and is clean with wider rows. It was a little up and down when they first opened but WOW has it changed. It reminds me of a while back when the teller at the bank knew your name. I get that type of service when I go to the pharmacy and they do seem to have great employees that are there to help if you need anything.”

“The store is clean. The customer service definitely needs work! I don't come here to make groceries. I'm usually only here for a few items to quickly get in and out. The prices are decent. The parking lot is horrible, so I'd advise you to park on either side of the store & pay close attention to your surroundings.”
“I am not a big of grocery shopping - So I decided to try out the online pick up grocery method. I downloaded the app and selected every item that I wanted and paid for it and selected a pick up time with the given options. The options were all in hour increments. I picked the 6-7 time frame. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up at 5:48. They also messaged me letting me know that one of the items that I selected was not in stock and it let me choose my own subsitution for it right away. I arrived and checked in and my order was out within 5-10 minutes.I will be using the online pick up method for grocery shopping moving forward.**Also, the pick up is free as long as your order is $35+”
“7/25/21: Just stopped by to pick up one thing. It was around 5 pm, and it was packed. There were about 4 lines open & they were long. I only needed a 12-pack of Canada Dry ginger ale. They didn't have much to choose from, so I got what they had & stood in line. I was able to check out pretty quickly & be on my way. I'd go back if I had to.”
“It’s a great location , Prices not to high , as I have seen in other Harris Teeters . Mostly it’s their killer sales they have. By 2 get 3 free you can’t beat that, Especially with their coffee.”

“The other reviews are telling me why so many people seemed surprised that I was wandering around here on foot unsupervised. (I was walking back from the Chrysler museum to ODU.) For me, this Food Lion had everything I wanted. And frankly I was pretty surprised it did because it can be hard to find Diet Dr. Pepper and Fruit and Nut at the normal supermarkets where I live. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful, but (as mentioned), I did stick out a little as a customer. I'm pretty sure the fact that I was so impressed that they gave out plastic bags seemed a bit off, for example, but they were very nice about it.”
