This company has owed me $1500+ since the end of November when I sold my house and closed my account. This represents the credit balance in my account. I called numerous times to find out when I would get a check and supplied my new address.I still have not received my check. When I asked if I could speak to the owner, Jeff Miller, I was told that he doesn’t come to the office much and has no email. Basically, you cannot communicate with him. How’s that for accountability snd problem resolution? After many, many years of dealing with this company snd faithfully paying on time, I cannot recommend them.

Millers’Energy Company: Mr. Michael performed a great job completing the yearly maintenance on my unit. Also, Mr. Gavin had to come out to my home to troubleshoot and fix an issue that occurred a few days later.Nevertheless, these two technicians were very respectful and pleasant to me and very knowledgeable about their work. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful ladies on the phone for scheduling appointments and making sure that I was a priority.

Have been an oil delivery "call ahead" customer for 23 years (Pallett/now Miller's) and have never gotten, needed, or wanted heating oil delivered in the middle of summer . Miller's delivered heating oil in JULY when next estimated delivery was October. No call, just delivered it when I wasn't home and left me a bill for close to $700. Very poor business practice and just plain wrong.

We have been searching for an A/C company for a while! We were having issues with our system and I heard an ad on the radio, so I called. This company is so polite, courteous and professional. They came and checked the system, came back when we had concerns and recheck!! We unfortunately and to replace our system. They made the process so painless and easy. 100% recommend and support this company!!!

This is my first year living in a home with oil heating.
I have purchased fuel with Millers a couple times and each time it seems to be a longer wait time for delivery.
Then on top of that I can never call them directly. I always get pushed to a call center who takes down all of this unnecessary information just so I can get a call back to schedule delivery/maintenance. I even purchased the maintenance package just to be sure that I am covered. But still so many unanswered questions about my unit that I have just given up at this point. The recent snow made me go through oil a little faster than usual, I believe to the point where I am running on fumes. When I called to schedule delivery I was told it would be three days until I could get oil. I accept the fact that I messed up. But to be told I will have to deal with no heat was not reassuring. I called another company and surprisingly had oil delivered within the hour.
Miller Pros: discount for card on file?
Miller Cons: Hard to get in touch with, Delayed delivery, No customer service.

I am sorry to say that Miller’s Heating and Air Conditioning does not provide the honest service that they claim. They are not so different from the “franchises” whom they disparage in their ads. I had them come out to my home on Nov. 11, 2022 after being informed that there is no fee to inspect the insulation on my HVAC ducts. Two technicians arrived, and while the lead technician stayed outside, I accompanied the other technician into the crawlspace. Afterward, the lead technician had me sign off on 2 documents, presumably to confirm his visit, on his tablet. I have yet to receive a copy of either of those documents. I had heard nothing from Miller’s until now, almost 6 weeks later.\nI received a past-due invoice for the amount $109. This amount was never discussed. The invoice does not indicate any service rendered, only that this amount was due on the day of the visit. No request for payment was made by the technicians that day. I called Miller’s to speak with a manager but could not get past the front office receptionist. This is blatant deception. Had I known that this is Miller’s idea of honest service, I would have gone with a franchise. I do NOT recommend Miller’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

Tim from Miller’s Oil Company arrived on time to perform my air conditioner’s annual check up. Tim and his assistant, Leon, were friendly and polite. Tim explained what they were going to do during the inspection. They were efficient and afterwords made suggestions on ways I could keep my air conditioner running smoothly and efficiently in the upcoming summer months.

On the off chance that I could give them 0 stars I would I had them supplant a kettle a couple of years back.... at the point when they originally came to introduce it they conveyed an individual that had never introduced that sort of kettle and didn't have a clue what he was doing and needed to convey another person.... from that point forward I have needed to have them supplant the regulator Twice now and presently the subsequent time it's out on the unit and the serviceman is on his telephone continually attempting to sort out what to do, and presently they are charging me 800+ dollars to place a third unit in 4 years, since it's out of guarantee... clearly something isn't right that the control unit keeps going.... help yourself out and track down an alternate company....

Bruce,Noah and Ryan removed my old oil burner and a/c unit and replaced them with new equipment! The crew was at my home promptly at 7:30 each morning! They were precise in both the removal and installation. They were clean knowledgeable, fastidious in their job gracious and very informative. I would highly recommend Millers and this crew to complete any heat or ac job. Wonderful experience for me! Also hats off to Olivia who kept me up to date every step of the way! Thank you Millers and especially Bruce, Noah Ryan and Olivia! J. West. Ps They left my home clean and in excellent order!

James with Miller Energy did a remarkable job servicing my furnace! He’s a proficient technician. He knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue right away. He was prompt, courteous, and precise. My heating system is running smoothly now! I highly recommend!
