I try not to leave bad reviews but I was compelled to leave one this time. First off I felt like I was being rushed off the phone every time I spoke with someone. Secondly my car was misdiagnosed but I still had to pay the full price plus the part with my car still not being able to drive. It’s hard to find good honest mechanics nowadays so I am little disappointed with Midway Auto. I didnt make a fuss about the amount of money I gave them with my car still not being fix until people brought to my attention how they basically took advantage of me but oh well you live and you learn

I was in and out from the safety inspection, oil change, and a tire rotation within an hour. The staff was very friendly.

Went in for a state inspection. No one was ahead of me when I got there. They told me maybe 15-20 minutes for the inspection, but I was in and out in 10 minutes! The price was what it should be - $20 flat. I highly recommend this spot and will be coming back for any future car needs. Thank y'all!

They do inspections but won’t inspect your vehicle if it’s a truck and has a lift on it.
The guy will come out and visibly look at your tires and rims if he can see your brakes and rotors have damage then he’ll just tell you it’s going to fail and suggest you get it fixed before you wear a rejection sticker. Sometimes it’s a long line and you have to wait but ultimately they get you in an out prices ranges $25 or less. Cash preferably.

Highly recommend! Every place I’ve checked is booked months out for a safety inspection or doesn’t do walk ins. Midway got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. This includes having 3 cars ahead of me. All of the employees were extremely nice! I am coming here from now on.

Fast, fair, and very pleasant. I should’ve known when I arrived right at open at 8 AM and there was a stack of cars to be seen that I had found a solid mechanic! Can’t recommend Eddie and his team highly enough. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in Norfolk.

I had my Civic inspected at this establishment, and I must say, I was impressed. The service was quick and efficient, and the quality of their workmanship was commendable. I've also entrusted them with some minor repairs on another vehicle, and they handled it with the same level of professionalism. While I did have a minor issue about the price with my last visit, overall, considering the standard of their work, it was satisfactory. Their work activities and ethics are definitely noteworthy. I would recommend them for anyone in need of automotive services.
