My service is there contract been 2yrs great service I wanted to upgrade to better phone, no service interruption, the whole contract I wanted to purchase a phone for no money down, texting me all the time got there they wanted $ down I walk out smh,?

I bought a phone from Amanda as soon as she was done selling me my phone she was ready to move on to the next customer and not help me setup my phone saying it's how I'm a senior citizen and technically challenged I was really disappointed never buy a phone from that again
