I was on a phone call with an employee for less than 5 minutes and got hung up on. As I’m trying to explain what I needed help with, I was cut off multiple times, the questions I asked were dismissed/ignored. The professionalism is critically poor. As a client not once should I ever be addressed as “mamas.” I attempted to call back to speak with a supervisor to have the issues I need help with solved, and no one answered. I had to get help from another store.
