It has been good thus far. The maintenance team responds quickly. The young man Shane on the maintenance team. Always does a good job & leaves my apartment clean when he finishes. I can always tell when he answers my calls. He also explains what he needs to do & ask permission to come in if i am not home.

Rented for two years. Maintenance and front desk responsiveness was high. Rent didn’t change over the two years. I also received my security deposit back in a timely manner. I don’t expect the world just fair business and they held up their end of the bargain. I would recommend.

I talked to Audrey on the phone about looking for an apartment and which units she would recommend and she was so helpful and polite on the phone! Leaving a kudos here! She went above and beyond to address my questions and concerns ?
