They lied to my face saying they can't get me my account number yo switch when I just got off the phone with the customer service and they told me all I needed was my IDENTIFICATION CARD they acted as if they couldn't help me AT ALL which I don't understand I feel like it was racial profiling

The guy that works up there is stealing money from people. Very poor service. Do not go here and pay anything. I don't know the guys name but it's a black guy with short dreads.

Place is definitely losing an amazing employee who goes over and beyond to do her job and is the friendliest greatest employee there her name is Eva I adored her place def needs work and can’t be santitary for anyone with floors coming up tripping customers and ceiling def has water issues hope for renovation soon

Went there to get the phone I wanted but for some reason once it was put into the system I couldn't get that phone because it wasn't an upgrade phone that never makes any sense to me certain phones are an upgrade phone

This Metro gets 5 stars from me and our family because of the outstanding customer service we experienced from Eva. She was so amazing that we will follow her to any store she works at! Friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, she was the best representative we have ever experienced in our 8 years of having Metro. Thank you so much Eva!

I got upgrade on 12/9/22 I was advised to buy a charger just in case any of my chargers at home didn't work but come to find out my chargers at home did work so I came back the next day 12/10/22 to return the charger and was told that as of yesterday, (12/9/22)the policy changed no returns on damage goods I said I brought it yesterday it's not damaged they said the box is damaged I have been a loyal customer I feel like METRO MAKE UP POLICY AS THEY GO I PAID $47 FOR A CHARGER I DONT NEED IM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE BUSINESS BETTER BUREAU ALSO GET A LAWYER FOR CONSULTATION ON THIS MATTER POLICY CHANGING IM NOT HAPPY WITH METRO IT SEEMS TO ME YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
