The employees were really great. There was a bad car accident right outside of their business. This caused the restaurant to have to close the employees were amazing and getting all the orders together in a speedy fashion and us out of there safely thank you

Bought 2 quarter pounders over the past 3 weeks and both were undercooked (medium at best); this is ok for a fancy burger joint with high grade beef, but not for fast food. I had to microwave the burger and totally ruined it.Fries are rarely hot and taste old.Drive thru not terribly slow, staff are ok.

This place needs to be shut down. The workers and management have no class. Stay away from mcdonalds in run down places. Period

Went to this location as it was in the direction I was headed in. Asked to use my drive thru code & was told that it wasn’t working. I reset the app & was told that code wasn’t working as well. I was trying to redeem a reward, which was annoying as the code wasn’t working, but I know it’s not the store’s fault, but the app’s. Anyway, I proceeded to ask for a large caramel frappuccino, which is what I’m used to asking for as I used to work at Starbucks. (My bad). They rang me up as a cappuccino & had to bring over a manager to change it to a frappe. The manager began to talk to me condescendingly because I asked for a frappuccino & not a frappe. She said, “you mean a frappe? This ain’t no coffee shop.” I get it. I asked for the wrong thing. But that doesn’t mean that I get to be spoken to as if I’m stupid. I don’t allow anyone to talk to me that way. The manager also spoke to me as if I was in the wrong to order something cold instead of hot. She continued to speak to the cashier as if I wasn’t there hearing her rudely talk about my order.

Yelling at customers getting orders wrong then refuse to make breakfast food bc it was after lunch even though they messed up the breakfast order!! Said I could have lunch or a refund after a 30 min wait AVOID THIS
