My experience at Mattress firm was nothing short of amazing. Micah was the employee that has worked with me for two days and he was very enthusiastic, helpful, and answered all of my questions fast and truthfully. This experience made me feel like a customer who was seen, heard and cared for. Give Micah a raise!!

Excellent sales guy at the Norfolk Ghent office I’ve been to a few mattress places and the sales people are all over you …. Not this guy he gave me my time I needed to take in what they had in store then basically gave me a guide through my options within my budget He went the extra mile and called around the warehouses to find the item I needed ….. he was very knowledgeable too…. 10/10 for this guy

Arrived at the store 10 mins before closing. Nevertheless the salesman Byron took the time to chat and answer all my questions, and I felt very confident purchasing the mattress I did.

I received excellent service and an awesome deal at mattress firm, Byron has a lot of knowledge when it comes to helping you to make a selection on purchasing a Mattress, his customer service was outstanding, Bryon made sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase before I left the store and I want to say thank you for all of your help!!

The sleep expert Micah was very nice, polite and professional, the item I selected was available for delivery or pick up, with out trying to over-sale Micah made other recommendations which I will keep in mind for future purchases.

We stopped in to the store because we have been looking for a new base for our existing mattress. We ended up purchasing an Ease 4 adjustable king size base. Time will tell, but our first week of use has been positive. The adjustments for the head as well as the foot end of the base have been a treat. Delivery service was on time (12-2 pm window provided) and I was kept informed on the delivery arrival (through the website) on the day promised. I would recommend checking this store out if you need to feel and test what you want to buy first.
