It says ready to ship, but has been stuck on that for days now.. so I’m still waiting, and hoping it is just that they are a busy company.
So, I ordered the bundle and then the extra tube before checkout.. this has been over two weeks ago now.. maybe more. Anyways, I’ve tried emailing them to find out when my order will arrive, and possibly what the hold up might be on my $50 some dollar order. I resent the email today, and I am just waiting on a response. I want to think this is a great company, but everytime I check the status of my purchase.. it hasn’t moved. At. All. I’m still keeping faith that maybe they are just really busy, but really would like answers to my emails or something please.

I’ve always loved Lush so this review is less about the products and more about this locations staff members! I visited the mall for an event and met a few of the Lush staff at said event. They invited me to the store afterwards and I purchased a few items as well as they provided me with samples to try for my daughter’s sensitive skin.
I wish I could say a million and one nice things about every person I encountered but there isn’t enough space here. However, I will say whomever hires employees, conducts training and leads this location needs to know they are doing a fantastic job. In addition, the floor staff should know they are the gold standard of retail. I’ve spent over 15 years in the retail setting and it’s very rare to come across an entire team of people who all seem to genuinely love what they do. They recommended, they answered questions, they joked and best of all, they listened to my concerns and offered suggestions tailored to my needs. So thank you to the MacArthur Lush team. The only thing I regret is not remembering the names of the people who assisted me but either way, I will be back.

So much fun visiting LUSH! Janae and the other staff here are welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable! -I recommend the shampoo bars- 1 bar lasted me 40 days on a hike across Spain: Used daily for body wash/ hair, as well as all laundry (hand washed daily). It was a tiny wafer at day 40 LOL but still perfect! (Carried it in a mesh pouch attached to exterior of backpack to dry.)

I have been to this location several times and was lucky enough to be greeted by Alex. She was extremely helpful the first time and I was delighted when she remembered not only me but the product I tried. I now regularly stock up on my favorite lotion, dream cream that helps so much with my eczema thanks to her!

his was my first visit to Lush. When I walked in I was greeted by Jas. I was immediately impressed by the lovely sent of the store. I was definitely overwhelmed with all of the different types of bath bombs, it’s a lot! Jas helped me understand the layout of the store, showed me products for sensitive skin and explained the different types of bath bombs. After I got done looking at the bath bombs, Amy helped me understand the back of the store where the facial scrubs are located. She explained the different types and was always available to answer any questions. The all of facial scrubs smelled soooooo good but the ones need to be refrigerated smelled so good I wanted to eat them. ?After I picked all my products Jas and Amy both helped me put them in the tin I selected and made them gift ready! I think the prices were very reasonable. You can definitely get a few products without spending a lot of money. They even gave me some samples. They were both so kind helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the products. Thank you for making my overall experience very pleasant!! Your customer service was beyond top-tier! I and now a Lush Girly and I can’t wait to go back to buy more products for myself. ? ?
