I literally walked in this place and walked out in 5 minutes. I walk up the stairs and there’s three people sitting and just staring at me so I say “ umm is this where I file my taxes” so finally Somone says “yeah take that clipboard and fill it out.” Man I sat in the dirty lobby looking around and made the decision to get on the phone and make an appointment to H&R bBlock. I wouldn’t trust these people with my SSN! Absolutely not! Liberty tax put these places next to the low income communities not caring how this is kept and how they treat the customers. Unacceptable!

I go to Liberty Tax every year, but this may be the last time. The preparer was completely oblivious to anything tax related and it took almost 2hrs to finish. I applied for the advance which usually you have an answer before you leave out of the door. After an hour at home I called and let them know I had not got an email with a denial or approval I was told my taxes had not been submitted yet. Why? I call back 30mins later and it's now waiting to be overlooked. Again why? I have never been nervous during tax season but this year I am because of the woman at this location.
