My experience today was absolutely wonderful. The young lady Ashley was absolutely great. She was very patient and helpful with assisting me to find the right frames .. She provided excellent customer service and recommendations for me to narrow down which pair to purchase. Need more like her … I was at the MacArthur mall location. Thank you soo much Ashley; I can’t wait to get my new set of eyes !!

I went to the LensCrafters at McArthur mall, Norfolk. They are out of network for me, however I still go to that store because the employees are always welcoming and super helpful. Rashanda helped me on Monday and we agreed to meet again on Wednesday. I bought a new pair of glasses from her and am glad I did!
I tend to hesitate on frames as I change my mind easily. Rashanda was so fun helping me pick a pair and didn’t get annoyed I had 5-6 frames and couldn’t decide at first.
Highly recommend Rashanda and her team!

This was the best experience that I have had in the last 15 years while purchasing glasses. After losing my previous facility, I was concerned that I would not find a place that made me comfortable enough to make a commitment. As an introvert I am very standoffish and do not like a lot of attention. All three ladies offered assistance and were very kind when I had declined. I prefer to browser on my own then ask questions. Francisca gave me the space I needed as well as the comfort that I require. I was able to get everything that I came for and more. I am happy to walk out with a smile ? I have found a place that I will make my new eyewear facility. You have a new lifetime customer! Thank you for the experience!
