I have been coming to the Fort Norfolk Diagnostic Center since it opened. My doctor has always ordered my lab work to be done there. I have always had good experiences. I have always been seen within 15 minutes.

Was verbally accosted by the security guard when trying to find the urgent care. Told me to find it myself and then yelled at my wife. If this is the quality of personal at this care facility I highly recommend you find somewhere else to be treated.

I met some really nice Technicians at the Lab but some are just plain evil and they are a bad representation of the company. I had the worst experience during breast cancer awareness month. I guess they had an abnormal amount of patients.

This was a wonderful experience for me, even though what I was there for was a long process. The staff was extremely friendly, prompt and effectuve. Everyone had a smile on their face. It was a very busy day at the center but they turned over patients with expert efficiency. All of the patients seemed very happy with the experience .The phlebotomist I saw was wonderful, he is really a gem. Great experience!

My appointment at Fort Norfolk Diagnostic Center for a CT scan fell through because the CT scanner was broken. This was only discovered after I was already on an IV inside the CT scanner. I was sent across the street, IV in arm, to Norfolk General Hospital to complete the procedure there (no one accompanied me). After the fact, I received a sky-high bill from Sentara for the services provided at Norfolk General Hospital when I had anticipated a more modest bill from Fort Norfolk Diagnostic Center. No help at all in resolving this from Fort Norfolk Diagnostic Center, which did bill me too for services on their end.
