I've been coming here for years. I love Laura and the cats and the energy you feel as soon as you walk in. I come all the way from Williamsburg just because of the vibe in there. Today 3/22/23 was a different experience. I woke up having a horrible mental health day so naturally my husband asks if I want to go on a little road trip to "the store with the cats" I jumped with joy and ran to the car. We drove over an hour with traffic to get there. As soon as I opened the door I could tell the energy was off. We went in though and walked around a bit, eventually my husband asks this lady working "what spiritual practices to you do or do you do readings?" She very rudely replies "I practice Jesus, what's wrong with that?" At this point im just standing there jaw on the floor. She then asks us why we're holding stones we both had when we walked in and my husband mispronounced the crystal in his hand and she says "so you're carrying around a stone that you don't even know the name of?" I didn't even think to ask her name I was so angry. This is not the type of customer service we expected and are used to receiving when we come here. So from now on I'll be calling ahead to make sure that lady isn't working when I go. Mystic moon up the street treated us kindly, we went there after leaving this store.

They are all very sweet people and very helpful. The man who does the wood working is outstanding! He made me an awesome spirit bord and his prices are great! Would recomend everyone to shop here.

Incredible customer service!! I bought a beautiful crystal as a Christmas gift for a friend and by the time I gave it to her I couldn’t remember the name of the stone. I called the store and the person who answered gave me their person cellphone number so I could send them a picture and find out the name. Highly recommend this store!!!
