Nelson from the rental department was exceptional—he made the entire process seamless and even managed to find me an apartment that I could move into the same day. Horrible company to use for rental management. My home was destroyed by numerous tenants because they failed to do an inspection when each tenant moved out. We ended up with squatters in our rental home. Do not use them if you value your property at all.
