It took 4 people to do my taxes when it really only took the most senior person. This was because the first 3 people didn't have enough courage and to big of an ego to say I don't know how to confidently do your tax return which resulted in have to do my taxes over 3 days.

Two years later I am still trying to fix my taxes from 2018. Its a mess and they did a horrible job. Names were misspelled, dates were wrong and when they finally did the amendment they never sent it in. Today I was supposed to get a call at 11 and they didn't call until 1149. They're a mess and way over priced.
