Highly recommend Ms Valerie at the East Beach location in Norfolk VA she was a true blessing she did my taxes amazing and was just an all around great soul to be around she really cared and was so patient I left feeling so much better about everything even being my taxes she's just amazing!!!

I came to this establishment, expecting excellent customers service. I asked for my taxes to be filed one way, and they were filed another. When I brought it to the "tax professional's" attention. I was told it was no longer their problem, and they couldn't help me. This costed me thousands of dollars on my return. I expected more. I do not recommend their services. Especially if you are a service member or business owner. The entire transaction, the tax representative fumbled through the entire process and couldn't answer any of my questions.
