Their current hours have changed since COVID-19 started.Sat, Sun, and holidays: 10a - 2pMon-Fri: 5a - 7pMasks are required for entry regardless of vaccination status.They are allowing people with valid ID cards (i.e. CAC and military ID) but no guests.Basketball courts are open for play.Lockers are available for use.Saunas are closed.Any changes to hours or policies are announced/posted on their instagram : @semperfit_hrva

Not bad. Good spread of equipment and an indoor basketball court. Not too crowded and people leave you alone. I've been to worse gyms.

It's a small decent gym. It has all the basic stuff you need to workout. Such as, free weights, inline-decline benches, squat rack, assisted pulp machine, and of course some treadmills. Unfortunately, no smith machine.

Pretty decent gym for those people that are just starting out though it may not have all the equipment that you are looking for if you are a more experienced lifter.

Small gym But I love it. Never had any issues.. doesn't have a lot of machine that you would see in bigger gym. Lots of free weights and a hitt locker.
