I have never in all my life experienced a car rental experience as horrific as today's. Got off the plane at 2:10 and didn't have a car until 4:15. 2 hours of waiting when we had a reservation is insanity. The line was down to the baggage claim. Only 2 people working the front desk. I thought it was because of the holiday weekend, but obviously this is an ongoing nightmare. No excuse for those kind of waits.

Would leave 0 if I could… good luck getting a car here. Thursday people waiting 3+ hours for a vehicle. Stood in line for an hour with less than 5 people in front of me. Just to hear it would take 1-2 hours for vehicle to be here lmfao. THE WORST

I got in line at my reservation time and waited in line for over 30 minutes. After I got to the counter, I was informed it would be another 2 hours until they had my vehicle ready. They were telling this to everyone else in line too, and claimed it is a space limitation imposed by the airport. But they have no problem accepting reservations they know they can’t meet. Other companies had vehicles available. Hertz should not allow reservations they know they can’t meet. They should acknowledge max capacity and let prospective customers look into other rental companies or accept later reservation time slots.

Made a reservation for a vehicle days in advance. Showed up to not only wait in line for an hour, but told that I had to wait for my vehicle. Over two hours waiting and still stuck. Worst rental experience I’ve had.
Just book with one of the other companies at the airport if you need one.

They took care of me when I had a problem with my first car rental and it was a short wait to get everything professional and fast. I would recommend them.

Booked a rental online through Priceline and paid for the insurance as well. Went to pick the car up and they informed me if I booked today it won’t be available today unless I was going through my insurance. What a waste of time and now I have to go through the refund process through Priceline.

Hertz is our go to. They are quick and reliable with great customer service. Not here. Hertz at this location is terrible. 45 minute wait in line for a 2+ hour standby for a car. Will not be renting from Hertz at this location in the future.

Be prepared to wait 2 and a half hours for a car even if you’ve already prepaid in advance. For your own sanity, book with enterprise. Worst rental car experience I’ve ever seen.

Complete joke of a center. 2 hour wait because they overbooked cars. Told ,”that’s just how it is right now” and they moved in to the next customer to tell them the same thing. Does corporate check these ratings, maybe send someone with some competency to fix this location; this isn’t a new issue here
**update**A lot of other comments from corporate apologizing to consumers…here’s an idea…fix the issue. Nobody wants to hear you are sorry for this location, take action and fix it please.

I waited 2 hours at this location to be given a nasty, dirty vehicle that looked like someone had threw up on the driver side window. When I returned the car. I was not even given an apologia. I did the customer survey and over a week later, no one has contacted me. This was unacceptable and I will never rent from Hertz again!

Worst car rental I’ve ever experienced. Not worth the 10 dollars saved on the car. Took over 3 hours to get the car upon arrival at the airport around 7pm. There is ALWAYS a long line. Having the gold membership does NOT help except for saving about 10-20 minutes max of a minimum of 2-1/2 hour wait. Get any other rental car. They desperately need process improvement to figure out why it takes so long to give out the card. The current process makes you wait in line for over an hour to get registered, then have to wait another 1-1/2 to 2 hours to get car keys. Worst system I have ever seen. Don’t use hertz was the lesson learned here.

Literally the worst car rental customer service experience I have ever had. Specifically:
1. It took 1hr, 35min to get through a line of ~20 customers ahead of me as well as multiple interruptions from other customers due to problems with their reservations or car assignments.
2. Even though I had a confirmed reservation and checked in early using the Hertz online ("Save time at the counter") app and I still had to wait another 1hr, 20min after checking in at the counter for a car to become available.
Bottom line: The time it took to get my rental car was longer than my flight to get here. And I was just one customer of dozens with the same experience.

Same review as everyone else. Made a reservation, checked in several minutes before arriving to the counter, was told 20 mins wait for my vehicle.
