Mold in some chicken we got today was the icing on the cake. Store has had a lot of freezer burnt / holes in sealed bags. Produce isn’t always fresh especially peppers. I would recommend a different store until things improve.

Harris teeter is a good store actually have a good selection of item and even better selection of seafood,they have a brand of shrimp,THE BEST shrimp I have ever had and I haven't found them no where else but Harris teeter.

One of the nicest Harris Teeters I've seen in Tidewater area . Very clean ,large, well stocked, well lit, with friendly, helpful employees. I only wish it was closer to my home. Love it.

They do not steam shrimp or crab legs here. Even though they have a sign in the seafood department that says they steam crab legs and shrimp upon request. The fresh foods department is never stocked at all. Customer service is non existent here at this harris teeter most of the employees here are really rude. Even the managers are rude and act as if you are bothering them if you have a request. I worked for harris teeter for 4 years (not this location) and this is not how a harris teeter is supposed to be ran. Do better!!! Will not return here.

Nice sélection of Grocery items, prepared items such as salads, baked and fried chicken, pizza, Deli items and pastries. Great international selection. A bit price but they often have items I cannot find elsewhere.

Harris Teeter at Ward's Corner in Norfolk Virginia, CAN YOU PLEASE get HP riding CARTS!?!?!?! I live close to 2 HT's in Norfolk and I can't stand either one of them! The one closest to where I live is the Ward's Corner location and it is huge, so a person would expect that this location would have more than 2 riding CARTS that are always broken!! Actually for MONTHS I stopped trying to shop here because I thought they gave up trying to get any more carts for those of us who NEED them!
Why is it that I can go to a Harris Teeter all the way in the Great Neck area of Virginia Beach (30 miles away!) and have a selection of 10 (TEN!) riding carts that are WORKING & very CLEAN, but every ONE of the HT's in Norfolk either don't have them or they are broke down?? I know this is just "a courtesy" for customers, but I'm telling you in this review.... When we, as a disabled person NEED these carts, but you don't have them, WE DON'T SHOP! So ultimately YOUR LOSS!!

Very nice and clean!
They need to sharpen the slicers in the deli department. The meats are good quality but the cut is not "clean", is ragged.
