The staff at this pharmacy are all incredibly rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. Every time I call for a simple refill request, I am met with an unfriendly attitude and long wait times. I just switched to Colley Pharmacy down the street where the customer service is amazing.

Walked in, was in produce maybe 10 min tops, saw like 7 ppl including employees without masks, walked out. Not supporting a business who can’t keep me or my family safe.

I had a wonderful experience today with the woman in the flower department. I was in tears breaking down on the phone with a friend of mine because I was there to pick out flowers for my sister’s headstone, today being the anniversary of her passing. The woman was so kind and considerate. Beautifully wrapped her Bouquet helped me pick out a card and was just extremely kind and thoughtful through the whole encounter. I really regret not getting her name, but she will always be in my prayers. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service at such a difficult time.

Ridiculous. Stood at the checkout in a line 3-deep before I noticed an employee standing silently at the end of the adjacent, empty line. "Are you open?"Wordless march to the checkout spot. I bag my own groceries. At some point, I tell her that I've run out of bags. She says nothing, but responds by putting three heavy milk containers in one bag, one bag of chips in another, the frozen pizza left on the bottom of the cart...I'm irked. I thank her and leave. Drive all the way home. Vic card never went through. I'll have to go back to get my refund.Rude and useless.

I've heard of Harris Teeter for years and finally got to visit a HT during my recent vacation to Norfolk. Everyone wore masks that I could see, and this grocery is very clean and well organized -- two things I very much appreciated. The produce department seemed particularly well stocked, along with their wine and beer and cheese areas. We were able to get almost everything we needed for our week by the beach, but one issue I'd like to call out: This grocery seemed either sold out or not stocking items that it should IMO. For example, my niece needed a certain name-brand formula. But all I could find were very niche, specific types of formula, not the everyday variety. A few spices we needed could not be found, and I bought up the few last rolls of pizza dough. I maybe caught this market on a bad day -- not sure. If I lived in this area, I would definitely make return trips.

Less than 8 hours ago, I decided to get some groceries from this Harris Teeter location (near the Ward's Corner Center) in Norfolk Virginia to get some groceries. Some of the groceries I purchased from this Harris Teeter's location: mango peach applesauce, strawberry applesauce, avocado cilantro lime triscuits, parmesan & garlic triscuits, etc.
